Walgreens takes care of all but one of my prescriptions. They track it for you, remind you on pickups and reorder when it's time and notifies you again. The pharmacy does it all for me and I rely on their ability to refill and remind me on my prescriptions. I can grab other items also along the lines of a convenience store but bigger.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My prescriptions are always filled on time and it never fails that I will receive a phone call to let me know it's been completed as well. I truly appreciate the extra step they take at this location.

Pharmacy staff are fairly friendly but I’ve never encountered such incompetence. They’ve wasted 2 of my days off trying to pick-up one prescription. Last time I waited over two hours and they sent me running between my doctors office and the pharmacy multiple times. Turns out they had my prescriptions the entire time (for 2 hours). They just weren’t looking for my name properly. When they finally filled my prescription, they didn’t have enough pills. They gave me 13 pills and told me to come back in about 10 days to pick up the rest of my prescription. I came back today and was told I can’t pickup the rest of my prescription, and have to get a new prescription sent in. So I had to go back to the doctor to get a new prescription and the medical assistant had to open up a case in my chart because it looks like I’m refilling my prescription too early. I had to wait 1 hr for my doctor to come back from lunch break, and he still hasn’t sorted my prescription. The Walgreens pharmacist shouldn’t have wasted my time and made promises about filling partial prescriptions and picking up the rest later if she wasn’t sure. Clearly she didn’t know the regulations and now I’ve wasted two of my days off sitting here in Walgreens.

Blames the producers for not having the medication I’ve been getting from them month after month for 2 years, not once did they ever think “you know not getting my client their medication will result in withdrawal symptoms”, and get it “as they need it”. So thanks, Walgreens.

Don't pick up your medications at this Walgreens Pharmacy. The first time I came here they made me wait 2 hours for my medications. My doctor sent in my prescription before I even left his office. The Walgreens pharmacy tech asked for my ID and said my prescriptions weren't ready and that they'd call me when my prescriptions were ready. After waiting 40min I felt like they should be done by now so I asked them to double check. They said they still didn't have anything for me. They told me to go back to my doctors office (same building) and ask him to resend the prescriptions. I went back to the doctor and they confirmed that the prescription was sent 50 min ago. Went back to Walgreens to confirm this, and they said they still hadn't received it. I asked them to check again and they said it wasn't there and to ask my doctor to resend it. My doctor resends it and they still say they don't have it. They said "sometimes it takes a few minutes. We will call you when it's ready!" I sit down on the chair in front of them and after another hour they finally ask me what my DOB and name is, then ask if I had a different last name. My new doctor never knew my maiden name (because I was married before moving to AZ), and my new insurance didn't know my maiden name, but for some reason my prescription was received at Walgreens under my maiden name. Walgreens didn't think it was me, even though I was picking up the same exact medication, same dose, had the same first name, and had the same date of birth. Turns out my prescription was there two hours ago. After my 2 hr wait, they didn't even have enough medication to fill my prescription so they told me they could give me 13 pills today and that I could come back for the other 17 pills in about 10 days. They said they would have the rest of my prescription ready by then. I just came back to pickup the rest of my prescription and now they are saying they can't give me pills for the rest of the month unless my doctor sends in a new prescription for it. I'm now 40 min into waiting for my doctor to finish his lunch break so I can have him send in the rest of my prescription. I don't want to leave his office / Walgreens because the pharmacy by my house doesn't have my medication in stock. My doctor is finishing his lunch break soon, but the pharmacist at Walgreens goes on break now for the next half hour. The Walgreens pharmacy tech working today did apologize on behalf of whoever filled my partial prescription last time and mistakenly told me I'd be able to pick up the rest today. It doesn't make up for the fact that they've inconvenienced me and wasted two of my days off though.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’m not sure since when do employees hung up and scream to the client ? I’m not sure if they are disparate to hire anyone. Definitely the pharmacy is extremely dysfunctional and unprofessional. My company will be informing the board of there scam and hidden fees .

not a review of the bricks and mortar store as much as Walgreens as a business in general. trying to sign up for a vaccination is almost impossible. Walgreens has literally the worst web portal I have ever seen or tried to use! when it's not frozen or just spinning it's wheels it literally can't understand anything you type even zip codes and date of birth are impossible even when they give you the format! it also made me go back and basically start over on three occasions just to log in. seriously whomever supports and designed this needs to try again it's horrible. Finally I ha$ to log in as a guest just so it would quit taking me to my vaccine records from a year ago.

I frequent this Walgreens regularly since it's right near my house.. Customer service and employees are incompetent at best. I just was charged $57 for groceries that probably should have come to about $48 but they couldn't give me a receipt because they said the machine was broken..it turns out just the ribbon had jammed and the 18 year old kid at the register stood there like I was asking him to fix a rocket ship when I suggested replacing the ribbon.. So when I finally got an employee to put ribbon in the register she told me they couldn't reprint the receipt because it doesn't do that. I've never heard of a computerizedcash register not being able to reprint a receipt. I also asked if I had any rewards dollars to use toward the bill and the same young man said I don't see any. I have $4.22 I can use actually but he was not capable of that transaction so rather than risking a debacle I just said don't worry about it. This is a microcosm of what is wrong with our country today. The lazy and uneducated make up the majority of the workforce.

Today when I came to shop at my neighborhood store at approximately 7:59 when the store opens at 8:00, two employees walked right by me to open the front door to let themselves in and did not even look my direction, let alone say hello. Out of common courtesy they could have allowed me to enter the store. There is one mature employee that is always very helpful when I come to the store and she should be commended for working in such a unfriendly environment.

The pharmacy staff at this location are outstanding! They're really friendly and fill my prescriptions promptly. The store as a whole is clean, and the employees I've spoken with at the checkout counter are friendly.
