Called pharmacy for assistance transferring a prescription.
Been on hold for 8 mins now.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place deserves it. Due to insurance change I was forced to transfer to Walgreens. If I knew how awful this place was I’d pay full price for my scripts elsewhere. First they had an issue with insurance, okay no biggie. My provider called 4x to correct it and was hung up on every time. He called back this morning to fix it. Instead of fixing the order the pharmacist canceled it. I went back to pick my script up plus others. I had no idea they canceled my script. When they told me I called my provider and offered my phone to which she refused. She said call the main line and she will answer it. He didn’t want to because he didn’t want to get hung up on again and was growing upset. He spoke with a different pharmacist and now they are having delays filling the prescription. Every time you walk in to get a script it’s at least a 30 minute wait.

Nice clean store, great associates that are helpful. Even the pharmacy is helpful and willing to find things.

Unless you enjoy waiting on hold only to be disconnected (they hang up the phone) and repeating this all over at least two more times, in your car or standing in the store for at least 30-45 minutes, every time you have a question or simply want to pick up a prescription only to be told there was an error and it will be ready tomorrow in perpetuity while Walgreens tries to hide the existence of shortages for various medications and prohibits the staff from even telling you it’s out of stock or on back order….
Avoid this pharmacy and this specific location like the plague. The wait is one thing but the service they can’t consistently provide the sole service they exist for and it’s not worth it.

I received a notice on my Walgreens portal that the pharmacy couldn’t complete my prescription and to call them. But you can’t do that - they never answer the phone, I get put on hold for 10+ mins, they “answer” the phone but leave it on the desk and put you back on hold, then you hear a message that they have “system issues” and you get hung up on.
This is a medicine I’ve been on for 10+ years and no insurance issues. They were out of stock, then took my prescription out of queue so if they ever got more my prescription was essentially ignored. When I noticed and requested a second time that it be filled, they were out of stock again. I have now been trying to fill this Rx for over 45 DAYS. If this was insulin, etc. I probably wouldn’t be here to type this. Understand pharmacies get busy, but this is ABSURD and the longest I’ve waited on a prescription in my entire life.
If you want answers from this pharmacy, you pretty much have to go there & wait 20+ mins to be spoken to. On top of that, most of the employees are rude and intentionally unhelpful. The one other time I was told to call the pharmacy (and someone actually answered after 5 business days on hold), the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and acted as if inconvenienced her personally. Will be moving my prescriptions to CVS.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse! They never answer their phones and they take 2-3 business days to fill your prescription. I always have to call to see if my prescription is filled because I never get a text and the only way to make them hurry is to call which is 40 min hold to show up at the store! The absolute worse place ever! Save yourself and go to any other pharmacy besides this one!!

Did not have the best experience with their photo department, unfortunately. I had to return 4x in one week for my 11x14 canvas because it wasn't ready when they said it was, and there were multiple mistakes with the print & the alignment of it. A bit frustrating in this season :( they did offer me 50% off though!

Absolutely Horrible at answering the phone. Waited over 20 minutes to call on my mother’s prescription and never got through to speaking to someone in the pharmacy.

One of the employees told me to order what I need for pick up so they won’t have to worry about me shop lifting! I was so embarrassed! She said that in front of all the other customers and I’ve never shopped -lifted in my life! This same employee also harassed my husband for no reason on a different occasion as well! I would have reported her to management but maybe that’s their policy there! Terrible employee!

Really look at the reviews for the pharmacy. The other reviews on here speak about the inventory or are not speaking about the pharmacy. Pharmacy reviews here are honest and truthful in regards to the pharmacy's poor and unprofessional service.

How does it take 3 hours for their staff to do manual entry of a prescription just to get it entered into their system?
You better be ready to wait after your doctor office sends over a prescription because Walgreens doesnt have the technology to input that information directly into it without the "Operations Manager" taking his or her own time (while managing customers in person or over the phone) to type in by hand those orders before anyone else is aware of your prescription.
Yes they might be open later then frys but does it really matter if you have to wait 3 times as long?

Terrible pharmacy drive-through, it seems like they accept anyone in the drive-through which should be for pick up and drop off only. Waited 45 minutes and still counting. Not sure if they’re understaffed or what is going on but this wait time is unacceptable for a drive-through that is supposed to be a quick convenience. If I could give no star I would.

Danielle in the pharmacy at Walgreens on Cooper and Warner was absolutely awesome. Took care of me. Worked really hard. Love her to death.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but several hours wait for in-store pickup at the pharmacy is not reasonable with 10 people working and no lines. They need to fix this.
