I've been going to this location for years and tonight they decided to profile me as a suspected scammer! I went into the store at around 9pm and dealt with a cashier that was fairly new to the store. My purpose being there was we to load cash onto my Chime debit card, the cashier didn't know how to do it and asked her associate how it is done, she helped her and the transaction was completed and I left. Well I returned to the store about a half hour later to make a cash deposit on the same card and suddenly they can't do it past 8pm this was being told to me by the girl who helped the cashier she clearly had seniority. I asked why they said because of scammers. Excuse me if that was true then why did you assist her before if your policy says not to do it past 8? Does the way I look make you think I'm going to scam you? Seriously check your bills I'm only making a $40 deposit kinda ridiculous! I have never had this issue ever and like I said I've come here for years. Just lost my business good job profilers

Not only can they not fill a prescription on time. They can't even open the pharmacy on time. Really, how difficult can it be to operate a business.
To think this company makes billions in net revenue per quarter.
Furthermore, the staff should be more gracious when speaking to customers. Especially when it is the locations fault.
Gyarantee you next month same issue. Because Lauren was so rude that she will do just like the long list of other employees and not pull the prescription back to this pharmacy like I have asked them to do for months.

Just wanted to say thank you to the Walgreens employee, Anthony, who went above and beyond to sort out an a refund issue. Walgreens is lucky to have such a caring employee!

I constantly have issues at this Walgreens. They either run out of my prescription and fail to tell me or they put prescriptions back and make me resubmit them before the deadline. Went to pick up my inhaler that was "ready for pickup" and was told they'd have to redo it because they put it back into stock earlier that morning. Follow the company rules and timelines, medication isn't something to be played around with.

The Pharmacy here sucks. The woman at the drop off + pick up counter failed to take accountability for my prescription being incorrect, and said "I just work here."

The outside of the store is always so gross and uninviting. I've complained to the manager over seven times within living in the neighborhood for ten years, and it still looks horrible like this on a regular basis. It's nasty and unpleasant. The manager always says that the power wash people don'talways show up to the appointments made with them

stay away from this pharmacy! they try to charge you for medication's that were prescribed even if you have full coverage insurance. Also, they made me wait in the drive-through for 12 minutes as they tried to find my prescriptions. Then told me they couldn't hand them to me right now because they are about to go on lunch break and proceeded to close the window while I was sitting there in the drive-through talking to them. I just got out of surgery and needed to take those medication's as soon as possible.

Pharmacy is usually backed up. And they are out for lunch noon until 1pm. So it is closed during lunch hours

I had a tonsillectomy and my pain medication was getting low. I called my doctor, and he called in another prescription. I called Walgreens to make sure it was ready before scheduling an Uber to go pick it up. I get there and give my info to a lady. She then had a heavier-set man look into it.He yells from across the pharmacy that I can't get it. I tell him I am running low and am worried I'm going to run out. He doesn't even come over to talk to me, instead he yells at me from across the way that I can't get it for 2 days. I say, "Okay, but what should I do?" He proceeds to yell at me "2 DAYS" over and over and over! I start crying and explain that I recently had surgery and I need to know what I can do. I told him I've been taking it as prescribed and talked to the doctor and the pharmacy today. He continues to yell at me, "2 days, 2 days." I ask him about five times "what can I do?" before he tells me to call my doctor to get an early release.I understand the importance of following policy, but he could have communicated it in a more respectful and compassionate way. He treated me like a known drug addict who frequents daily. I hope a drug addict would be treated with more respect than I was tonight. He could have said "The bottles are deceiving, so if you've been taking it as prescribed, you will have enough to last you 2 more days" or "We can't fill it for another 2 days, but what you can do is talk to your doctor about getting an early release form sent over". Instead, he yelled at me "2 DAYS!!" over and over. It was degrading, so I left not only in physical pain but with new emotional pain too.Walgreens, please train your pharmacy staff on the importance of respect. It was humiliating and not at all confidential.

Walgreens pharmacy at this location is closed unexpectedly again and I didn't find out until I drove all the way there only to find a message on the door stating that "the pharmacy at this location is closed" with no information about when it might reopen. This is a problem because due to my prescription being a controlled substance, I can't get if filled at another location. Even better, I tried calling the Warner location only to be treated to a crabby, unhelpful person who basically told me I was SOL. So, because this location decided to close the pharmacy without warning, yet again, and may not open until Monday or later, I have to try to get my doctor to call in the same prescription to another pharmacy on a Saturday. Sorry, Walgreens. I'm done with you. I need a pharmacy that understands that people are prescribed medications because they need them and not take this responsibity lightly. Unfortunately, this does not describe Walgreens anymore. Bye bye.

They let me schedule a Vaccine for my 8 year old even though they did not have the vaccine at this location! Now she is late getting her second dose and we have to reschedule at a different location online (they could not help us in the store).
