Stopped at our local Walgreens, the female who helped me could not be any less friendly, no smile or emotion. I was friendly and patient but she stayed stern. There was an issue with accessing a coupon and a manager came to help. She had more emotion, but was negative, impatient, and seemed irritated about helping me access a coupon. This occurred on a weekday and store was not busy at all. Both these women definitely didn’t want to be working today or at least didn’t want to help a customer. They did not show any customer service in terms of their words, attitude and posture. Please do better with hiring or monitoring Walgreens.

Walgreens has always been my drug store of choice but after my visit today I know I won't be going back to this store Lindsey/Williams field in Gilbert once I pick up my remaining medicine. The pharmacy staff was so ignorant and rude. the young gal helping me had to ask another gal about my percriptions, they only had 20 days of a 30 day supply of my medication which happens often at this store not usually a problem they order it and i get the rest in a day or so. (Kim) the gal answering the young gals questions or trying to answer them started giving me all sorts of excuses when I told her I would have to have the rest in 10 days as I was going out of town she was actually annoyed or appeared to be. She never once even looked up at me while talking to me and then tried telling me it was on back order. Which I knew was not true, and most of the other things she said as well. To verify this I called another Walgreens when i got home and was told that no that medication was not on back order. I also had a new medication I have never taken before, I needed to talk to the pharmacist so I went to the window where the pharmacist consults with you. The pharmacist saw I was there she looked at me several times she heard me say I needed to speak to the pharmacist she never came over so after about 10 min I left. I ended up stopping at CVS and got the info from CVS about my new medication. Walgreens Linsay/williams Field really needs to do some customer service training. Obviously pharmacists included! It's quite scary to think the pharmacy staff is in charge of handling one's medications. They also need to remember HIPPA LAWS (kim) while your discussing ones medication but walking all over the place from one end of the pharmacy to the other talking about the persons medication other people in line and sitting can hear this. Another customer sitting reminded me of this on my way out of the store as he apparently witnessed the entire ordeal. I really hope Walgreens does something to change the ignorant attitudes in their pharmacy!!!

I went to Walgreens to refill my prescription only to find out that it needed a doctors. OK the pharmacist tried to contact the doctor but was Unsuccessful. She said she would continue trying. After checking out with leaving the store with the Adams I’ve already had. I received a phone call from Walgreens about the status of my refill prescription. I found that to be very outstanding and I appreciate their concern..

Love this Walgreens and I frequently shop here. Always clean and organized, and some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Barb, lead cashier, does great job!

We went here for passport photos for the family and Tammy and Bucky were so kind and helpful in getting a passport photo taken for our squirmy 2 year old! Really appreciated their patience and expertise

Been shopping here for years. Vin is always happy to see you and chat with you about your day. Obviously, this is a national chain and they sell the same things at all Walgreen locations, but the people at this Walgreen's are very friendly and helpful.

I love this store, the staff and location. However to close at 4pm on a Thursday with no back up plan pharmacist wise is beyond unacceptable. Walgreens needs to make sure this never happens in the future.
