They only start working on your prescription once you've gone to pick it up. So frustrating to have to wait all day and still not have it ready.

I gave used this Walgreens for 5 years and they have always been helpful and accommodating. However the last few months have proved to be a nightmare when trying to pick up my meds.
The drive thru window is OFTEN closed, making it necessary to go inside. It is not unusual for there to be 6-8 people in line, with only one person working. Even after notifying me that my rx is ready for pick up, they have misfiled my order and need to look thru several bins.
I don’t want to used a different pharmacy, but it seems like the problems are not getting resolved.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and have never had issues. I wholeheartedly understand and sympathize with the current staff and I’m sure they are just trying their best, despite what they must be dealing with they are always polite and patient. However they are obviously short staffed and overwhelmed. It is upper management’s responsibility to ensure their staff are successful and supported. The drive through wait times have been enormous at almost any time of day, it is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone to simply fill a prescription, as well as no voicemail option. I have a prescription that is filled every month that isn’t refillable, there is no way to do this online or with their phone service so I have to speak with someone to get it done. I will be switching pharmacies due to this being a continued monthly complication.

I waited 20 min because the pharmacy was “closed for lunch until 2pm.” Waited until 2pm then someone came out and said closed until 4pm. No sign on the door and nobody else in the store know anything about these hours.

I live just down the street. Your store sucks. Totally understaffed. Rarely someone at checkout when I walk in. Lady at photo desk can't get help from coworkers and they're rude and walk away while helping her. Pharmacy takes eons to get help. Figure it out or close it down.

Friendly staff and fast pharmacy! I live just three blocks away, so this Walgreens is my go-to for prescriptions and random shelf runs. The team is almost always kind, helpful, and professional. Sure, once in a while you’ll run into someone who’s clearly had a day—haven’t we all? But that’s definitely the exception, not the rule.
The store is clean, well-stocked, and usually a pretty smooth experience all around. Appreciate having a reliable neighborhood spot like this!

I understand when y’all are busy it might take a while to fill a script. But time and time again I ask for a rough estimate and you say between 1-2 hours and then it doesn't get filled until right before you close. Just say by the end of the day. Because if you tell me a time period, i wait around so I can get it before I get on with the rest of my life (not waiting for your slow pharmacy). “Go to another pharmacy” you say. I would love to but fryes only takes one insurance now and the other Walgreens suck just as bad. Fryes was awesome when they accepted other insurances, its too bad they stopped.

Extremely rude managers..I’ll have to only come in on days that Chris is working! He’s amazing! Thomas Richard, is an a$$!!! And he degrades his employees in front of customers..unbelievable. I hope this store gets better management & soon! Keep Chris though!!

We have now been here four times for the same medication. The staff is very quick to let you know it’s not their fault. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Four different times to pick up the medication and it’s not here and now my wife leaves on a plane without her medicine. But of course it’s not your fault. Beyond terrible.

June in cosmetics is the reason I keep shopping this location. She's a joy to shop with and so very helpful! She's a keeper and I hope Walgreens knows what an asset she is to the store.

What ever you do, do not get your Prescription medicine at this store. The place is miss managed and will continuously mess up your medicines. Always out of stock. Easy to blame anyone but themselves for mistakes. Prepared meds falling all over the floor out of bins. Hell I have received other people's meds here before having to return to the pharmacy.I am forced to use them by my insurance and because of their horrible management I suffer waiting endlessly for them to get my meds right. It's been this way since Covid. There has to be a better solution.

This pharmacy location has extremely rude staff, and they regularly lie about working on your prescription, and toss you to the side. You have to call and “hound” them about it. It’s ridiculous. Zero compassion, empathy, or competency from the pharmacy staff.
