I have had Cox for years and had constant price hikes and outages but they’re the only service in my area. Luckily I just found out about WeLink in my area. I’ve done the free trial for 3 weeks now and it’s so much quicker and more reliable than Cox. And the best part is that it’s $40 less than what I paid for Cox

One of your sales representatives, Abel, came to my door despite the clearly posted “No Soliciting” sign. He acknowledged the sign during our conversation but proceeded anyway.
During his pitch, he claimed your company had fiber optic cable running underground in my neighborhood, which is untrue. When I questioned him on this, he repeatedly evaded the subject and eventually became dismissive. His smirking comments and attitude were unprofessional and left a poor impression.
I strongly suggest you refrain from sending salespeople to homes with “No Soliciting” signs, and ensure they are trained to be truthful and respectful. I may have been open to your services in the future, but after this experience, I will never consider them.

Internet has been down for 30 hours so far. Every call in to check status has said “should be resolved in 30 min” finally after 30 hours they finally said they have no idea on the ETA.

I love this Internet! I was paying $150 a month for cox and it was very subpar but with Welink I'm not only paying half the price but it's significantly faster, highly recommend!

WeLink has been the solution my family was looking for. Finally able to have a service that provides the speeds we need without gouging the budget. Was able to get rid of Cox and Centurylink- yes we had both. Saved us about $200/month. Service is fast and reliable! Thank you WeLink!

Told me my house is available, came and it’s actually not. Then again another rep came to my house and we scheduled an appointment because “it’s available” but they never showed up. Two bad experiences. Inconsiderate of peoples time.

Making the switch from Cox to WeLink has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to internet service. I've been with WeLink for about 4 to 5 months now, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The only downtime I’ve experienced was one brief reboot for a software update—which is totally normal and actually a good sign that their technology stays current.
One of the biggest advantages with WeLink is how their system is designed. Each home runs on its own dedicated hub that connects to a central hub, which means you’re not competing for bandwidth with your neighbors like you do with Cox. That alone has made a huge difference. The speed and consistency of the internet has been amazing—smooth streaming, fast downloads, and zero lag during video calls or gaming.
What’s even more impressive is that weather hasn’t played a factor at all. Rain, wind, heat—none of it has impacted the service. It’s stayed strong and stable through all of it.
Add in the fact that my monthly bill is cheaper and their customer service is truly top-notch, and it’s honestly a no-brainer. Friendly, responsive, and helpful every time. I only wish I had made the move to WeLink sooner.
If you’re tired of slowdowns and overpriced service, I highly recommend giving WeLink a try!

Tried out the free 1 month trial and have no complaints. The WiFi runs smoothly and neither me nor my roommate have encountered any lag or buffering issues. I believe we have the cheapest plan available and will be continuing to use this company for WiFi. Also shout out to Austin Green for excellent customer service we weren’t interested but he sold us on it.

I’ve been a long customer of Cox and I am so happy to finally be able to leave them!
WeLink internet services has been outstanding! My average Speeds are 600+mbps download and 400+ Upload.
I’ve haven’t had any real outages, the outages I had were very brief (5-10min) but I believe this was due to the Eero device having a software update because the outages occurred around 2am which is what the automatic updates are scheduled at.
Besides the internet being great! The customer service from both my Sales Representative and Installation Technician have been incredible!
WeLink sales rep has came to my house many times but I am renting my house and the homeowner wasn’t a fan of having anything installed on the roof, so I have always turned them away even though what they are offering was just what I’ve been looking for.
Jason Yun, my Sales rep went above and beyond to send me all the installation details for me to reassure the homeowner no damages would occur, he even also asked the technician to take before and after pictures for me to send the homeowner to reassure him no damages were done.
If you are in Avondale, AZ, I highly recommend you ditch Cox and go with WeLink.

Not only is WeLink faster than COX, they also have much better customer service. My VPN on my work laptop went out the other day. I thought it might be my WeLink service. I called up their customer service and they spent a long time troubleshooting with me. Turns out that it was something on my company’s side. I also had a problem on my billing and they fixed it right away. So they passed the two big tests in my eye. I hope I never have to go back to COX.

Just switched from cox to Welink, so far the service has been great. Austin was my sales representative who delivered great customer service. The service technicians did a fantastic job setting up the system. I would definitely recommend Welink.

We’ve had Cox for many years and just kept seeing prices increase and customer service was lousy. We switched to WeLink and instantly seen the difference in speeds and video quality. Price is amazingly more affordable than Cox. Rep Elio and Tech Ernesto very helpful, knowledgeable about their service and gave excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend them to all friends and neighbors.
