Definitely not a one star... but lately there has been constant outages in the past three months. I've been without any internet for a total of 4 days plus. It doesn't seem like much but when you have a family and now a days everything's uses the internet it is frustrating. I wish the connection was continous. When I have connection the internet upload and download speeds are amazing. But when the internet service is down. They are down anywhere from 6 to 12 hours at a time, ruins a whole work or play at home day. I just wish there wasn't so many outage. Especially not having internet during Christmas 2023 when getting presents that require the internet.

I had all but given up on ISP’s. Until Welink knocked on our door one day. Now I can not say ENOUGH GOOD things about this company! The service is fast, reliable & their customer service is amazing! I was outside working in the front yard one day. A Welink rep was driving by & he stopped just to check on how we were doing!!! I was stunned... how nice!! Can you imagine CenturyLink doing such thing..no way in h*ll!! If you looking to switch, don’t hesitate! They are worth every cent! I just wish they’d offer a mobile phone service now! Hint hint guys☺️

Great reliable service and a fantastic price. Tech-support has been amazing. Highly recommend.

Welink is a great internet service to have. We have seen speeds double what we used to get and at HALF the cost. I am so glad we switched.

So from what I understand the internet they provide relies on other peoples homes and we connect off of each other. Well even if i’m wrong it doesn’t matter because it NEVER WORKS. It was constantly failing the last few days which made me unable to attend my online college classes and it’s affecting me not only academically but socially. it has been out AGAIN ALL NIGHT due to another persons house making it all mess up? Whose bright idea is it to have your internet RELY on someone else. I had plans tonight that needed internet and it’s not as simple as me leaving to a starbucks for wifi. I am immensely disappointed and this is genuinely the dumbest thing ever. Horrible….. If i could give lower than a 1 star I would. We will be switching ASAP

Admittedly, I was skeptical. An outdoor mesh network instead of good ol' reliable cable? But after turning them away at least three times, I decided to sign up. Should have done it from the first time they came by. One month in, no down time and upload and download speeds almost 10 times faster than cable. Granted, when more customers come online or weather gets bad, maybe it won't be such a jewel, but for now, I can't say enough good things about this. Installation and service was painless and the cost is much less than I was paying for cable.

Best internet company there is! We have tried all the companies in az but we always ended up back with cox because of either customer service issues or horrible slow speeds... we got a knock on our door offering us to be one of the first homes a "leaf" home... we agreed but left our account with cox in place just in case... well now 2 months in we officially closed our acct with cox! We link is 4x faster what is known as wifi 6 I hadn't even heard of it but that's what all of our devices are showing.. no lag, no freezing, super easy set up (I am not tech savvy so that's saying something) my nephews are big gamers and they are jealous over my internet speed! We have about 25 devices going at any given time and it's works so much better then any company we ever have had! I tell any one we come in contact with get welink it's amazing and you won't regret it! Fast, reliable, no freezing, no delay in loading customer services is best we have ever had! I can't say how happy we are with this company!

Speeds with Welink are better than Cox however this company should only be used as a secondary internet connection. It does not have redundancy in all areas to prevent one customer from shutting down the service. This is what happened to me in the Gilbert area. We are now down for at least 30 days. As someone who relies on the internet for my business I would caution using this as a single source. If you can't afford a backup don't use this company.

I was fed up with the constant price increases and spotty service of Cox and didn't want to switch to their direct competitor who's service was much slower and was notorious for frequent outages, so when a rep from WeLink came to the door , I listened to what she had to say and became more excited as she spoke. The price, speed and lack of contracts were more than enough reasons for me to sign up .Once everything was setup and installed, it was the smoothest transition imaginable..After 2 years I'm still just as happy as I was the first day.The speed is consistent and the outages are almost never. They perform maintenance on the network periodically and notify you well in advance. The living on the cake is the friendly, knowledgeable staff who are there to help whenever you need itIf you have the choice, choose WeLink, you'll be so glad you did!

I’ve had WeLink for almost 8 months and have enjoyed every minute. It was cheaper than Cox, no internet caps and the hardware works with all of my devices. In two outages, I’ve been notified by text both times with hourly updates, and both were restored quickly, and I’ve been happy with the speeds from day one. It’s more than I need, and the price for value is the sweet spot most people are looking for.

I have been with WeLink for months. I am very satisfied with the service in general. Upload and download speeds have been consistently over 500 mbs without any data caps. I dropped Cox Internet and save a lot of money in the process.

Fast, reliable, and competitively priced internet service.High speeds are mostly consistently above 400-600 MBPS DL. Could be better on the UL side, but seems to meet our family and work needs. Very reliable, I want to say it is up for at least 95-98% of the time we used/need it. And it's competitive priced vs comparable services with Cox and CenturyLink.Plus really good at communicating maintenance schedules and typically receive prompt responses for those one-off situations where we actually did have an outage, which were rare.Only downside is that it's not available in all areas. When we signed up it took a few months before they actually did the installation. Seems like they prefer to install once they reach a specific amount of sign-ups within a neighborhood.Worth the wait in my opinion. Keep up the excellent work WeLink!

At first, I could not believe what the WeLink was offering to me to change my network provider which I have used for so many years. After the trial period, I am very happy I considered and transferred to WeLink as my network provider. I made the right decision.

I enrolled in welink service long before they were in my area - waited maybe 6-7 months and got the tower installed. I’ve had nothing but issues since - the price is fair and when it works it works well. But if you’re not in an established area they won’t go out of their way to improve the service. Works well when it’s clear and sunny but any clouds or wind and the service gets knocked out. I’m sitting here writing this review because our internet is out at the house on a Friday night and there’s not a cloud in sight. I’ve called several times to notify of the outage and even added tickets for the people whose houses “link” the internet to mine but the service still goes out. I’ve submitted several tickets in a short time period sometimes only a day or two apart at most. When you call in to support there are only 1-2 people covering any given shift and the wait time to get someone is never less than a half hour to be told “oh yes there’s an outage.” While it’s not the support staffs fault they bear the brunt of the blow, and some if not most identify with the frustration of when their internet goes out when THEY need it - but they’re not making the calls and it feels like management is not listening to them when advising what their customers needs are. While the support staff seem to care, there isn’t much being done about the loss of service -as the outages happen even right after “scheduled updates and downtime.” At this point - I am frustrated - I’ve made every effort to communicate and get the service fixed because when it does work it’s fine - but it’s just not reliable. If you have a 13 year old you will never hear the end of it. Ultimately the service is good when it works if you’re in a covered area - but it would not be correct to assume its going to work “all the time.” The weather is a huge impact on service as we’ve had it down for more than days at a time as a result. Whoever is managing the expansion is letting down people who believe in a service outside of Cox or century link - I thought this would be the answer but the technology is not at a point where it’s established enough to maintain its connection and there is always packet loss if you’re at the end of the line in terms of connecting to the main network.

I’ve been with WeLink since they first started here in Chandler, AZ. From the very beginning, their customer service has always been first class. The system has been reliable and has performed pretty much as advertised.
