I had just had a very bad experience at another Wells Fargo, so I am extremely happy to report that Aidan was the polar opposite of the last teller that I encountered at the Power and Guadalupe location! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Please promote him as a trainer!

Sadly the reviews seem to be accurate. Standing in line waiting for one of only two teller stations that are open and watching the less-than-stellar behavior out of the four employees working here. Not a single smile anywhere. Tellers needing approvals or assistance and no authorized individuals available for them. HoHum.

Zero stars. Went here to deposit a check. I was told they "can't" because there would be an extended hold. I said that's fine. I don't need the funds now. I was then told I need to go to citi bank (there's none around here) and get a cashiers check and then I can deposit that cashiers check at Wells Fargo. No thanks. You just lost my business because of your incompetence. I'll find a bank that will take a perfectly good check and use them. Nice work guys!

If I could give this bank, a -0.4 I would... I have been jacked by con artist and hustlers for the third time using Wells Fargo banking. The security breaching and thievery runs rampant through this bank. A billion dollar company with the worst security you've ever seen in your life. Work hard for your money and put it in a bank you trust and they lose your money left and right day in and day out. Their claims department doesn't even have the power to reverse it within hours to get your money. You work hard for $ and you get jacked over and over again. This company is horrible and I will never use Wells Fargo again and I would recommend using a smaller local bank that has better security than this piece of garbage company. Hey Mr. CEO of Wells Fargo have you ever had your $20 million that you stash in the Cayman Islands stolen by a crooked punk? No you haven't because us little people suffer while you sit on your mounds of money and laugh it up and then charges over fees and penalties because of your greed.

Not customer centric. They act like providing service is an inconvenience to them. Came in to do a wire for my business... apparently not convenient for them today. Really need to find a new bank.

If I could give this bank a 0/5 I would. I just waited in line for over 30 minutes to be told they didn't have a banker in today. I'm sorry what? You are a bank and don't have a Banker in your branch on a Monday after the holidays. I will be closing my account

Reduced hours are absolutely ridiculous for a bank that accommodates working patrons. Very difficult to even go to the bank during their allotted hours if you also hold a job. I recently drove up and it said they are now closing all day on Saturdays as well as Sundays. They also close early in the evenings and open later in the mornings. I tried going online to get some assistance as well and still have not heard back over a week later. Today I called a toll-free number. The associate was unhelpful and I could hear a dog barking the entire time during the phone call. Not very professional and I am definitely considering switching banks due to all of these issues.

No sense of urgency at this bank. Other branches will work faster to ensure that people aren't waiting for long periods of time. I am currently standing in the line and I have waited 24 minutes now. They aren't busy, just a little understaffed and slow. They have only helped 2 customers each in these 24 minutes. (Only 2 tellers). Everyone is speaking so loud because of the dividers so I can hear that they had simple deposits and withdrawals. It began with me being the only customer in line to the line being out the door.

Went through the drive thru on a Saturday morning which could have been a nightmare. Fortunately, the teller Marina was friendly, fast and efficient. Even with a line of cars it took me less than 10minutes. Thank you!

Customer service online and in bank are terrible. Needed a one Time daily limit lift to pay a bill and they could not do that for me. I had to find a ride all the way to the bank just to take out money from my account and that process alone took 1hr. A quick 2 min online bill pay turned into a 2 hour back and forth inconvenience. Just to pay a bill.

I went in to get a replacement card, should be a quick in and out process right? Wrong, the teller couldn't do it for me so they put me on a list for a banker. Now 30 min later still no acknowledgement to my existence or even an update just to let me know they are aware of me waiting. Incredibly frustrating when I have 3 kids waiting in the car with my husband. If you have anything that is more then a deposit or withdrawal go somewhere else. Now after waiting the banker finally came up to me and said it's the end of my shift so I'm going home and the next available banker will help you and walked away ! It's no where near closing time and I just get brushed off.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They let inexperienced children handle your credit, and put no effort into anything. Spent 2 weeks of my time and after pulling my credit just to say they couldn't complete my request because it was TOO DIFFICULT for them. I went to a completely different branch of Wells Fargo, and the kind and experienced personal banker there said she was appalled by the way this branch spoke to me and treated me. In less then 30 minutes she got my request thru, easy as cake. The manager at this bank not only lets his workers get away with being rude and inconsiderate, but acts that way himself as well. And if you call them out on their lies, he will just lie MORE and tell you that you have no idea what you're talking about. I was going to go pull all my money and close all connections with Wells Fargo, but now I know it's not Wells Fargo's who is horrible, it's the staff of this specific branch.

Great visit to this location. Went in to get a cashier's check. Was worried it might be a lengthy process, but it turned out to be quick and easy. Special thanks to Taylor, she was very helpful and super nice!

I just want to take a moment to recognize Eric F. at your location. The company I work for comes in weekly and can sometimes take a little longer to get in and out. Eric was great and efficient. He made sure that everything was organized and didn't rush which most people want to do. Thank you Eric for making a common visit great!!!
