Poor customer service, come on Wells Fargo get your stuff together!!! I made an appointment to close my account and they put me on the wrong day. Here I am appointments all day , busy business owner here to knock it out and they put me on the wrong day. She didn’t even offer to reschedule me.

My company has been banking with Wells Fargo for the last 10 years and since COVID one thing that's been a big decline is good customer service. Usually you go into a branch and they have a couple bankers at desks on the floor and one teller working. You have to go wait in a huge line where you end up spending half your day waiting to make some deposits. This branch was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and courtesy. My teller today was Jessica and she was 5 star amazing! Not only was she bubbly and so polite she assisted me with my many deposits with pleasant delight. I've been into other branches with the same amount of deposits and I've been met with not so friendly tellers pushing me to set up night deposits so they don't have to deal with the several that I bring in during the week. My company puts a lot of money through Wells Fargo so it's kind of disheartening to hear such push back from a bank that you are the customer.. well that's not the case today!!! I was greeted with a smile and Jessica took care of my deposit needs. She also let me know that the branch has full staff and there's many tellers working at all times so no one will have to wait too long. She said her manager does a great job giving the support they need which is great to hear because that's the kind of manager I pride myself to be. If you bank with Wells Fargo. This is the branch for you and if you get Jessica you know you are in good hands.

Very frustrating every time I come here to the drive-through I'm sitting 20 minutes in the drive-through That's usually with only two cars in front of me they really need to get help in the drive-through

Excellent customer service from the bankers and tellers at this branch. Wait time is typical for a bank. I go in expecting some wait never too long of a wait.

I’d genuinely recommend any other Wells Fargo or bank than this one , lady at the front wouldn’t help me setup an account and told me to set it up myself online because they closed in an hour and i’m sure everyone is well aware you can setup an account online but that’s besides the point don’t hire an employee if they aren’t gonna do their job

If I could rate this lower, I would. Spent an hour driving back and forth between locations looking for someone to help me since 3:30pm, visited three locations. Before visiting the last one I had another location call ahead at 4:05pm to make sure I could be seen before closing as it was an emergent case to open an account for my child to receive payment for a job tomorrow. They confirmed they would help me, and upon entering this location at 4:36 and waiting twenty minutes the manager comes out to inform me that “he thought I would get there sooner” and that they no longer have enough time to open an account for me. I was not a customer at Wells Fargo before but this experience made it so I will definitely never become one. Thank you for absolutely nothing but wasting my gas.

Drive Thru Closed, Business Entry Closed, Go in lobby and there are 15 people in line with one Teller, Terrible every single time I have gone there

Do not go to this bank. It is a duck pond. The workers are sitting ducks. There is only one teller who will go on a power trip if she finds out you're in a hurry. The manager is the biggest duck of them all for letting them behave this way.

Branch manager doesn’t know how to keep customers happy. Instead of helping staff assist clients he decided to lounge around. As leader you suppose to help your bankers get through the line of clients. I waited over an hour to get assisted with a wire transfer, I asked the branch manager for help and he refused to help.
