I had just had a very bad experience at another Wells Fargo, so I am extremely happy to report that Aidan was the polar opposite of the last teller that I encountered at the Power and Guadalupe location! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Please promote him as a trainer!

Sadly the reviews seem to be accurate. Standing in line waiting for one of only two teller stations that are open and watching the less-than-stellar behavior out of the four employees working here. Not a single smile anywhere. Tellers needing approvals or assistance and no authorized individuals available for them. HoHum.

Zero stars. Went here to deposit a check. I was told they "can't" because there would be an extended hold. I said that's fine. I don't need the funds now. I was then told I need to go to citi bank (there's none around here) and get a cashiers check and then I can deposit that cashiers check at Wells Fargo. No thanks. You just lost my business because of your incompetence. I'll find a bank that will take a perfectly good check and use them. Nice work guys!

My teller was Rebecca. Her tone is very condescending, I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable being served by her. Just not a friendly bank all in all.

This location is very friendly! Way better than the Warner location! Avoid the Warner location at all costs they are the worst! This location is the absolute best and so friendly and very fast and efficient.

the manager is a teller and cant' take a call more than 5 minutes without asking you to come into the branch. Bank ANYWHERE else.

If I could give this bank, a -0.4 I would... I have been jacked by con artist and hustlers for the third time using Wells Fargo banking. The security breaching and thievery runs rampant through this bank. A billion dollar company with the worst security you've ever seen in your life. Work hard for your money and put it in a bank you trust and they lose your money left and right day in and day out. Their claims department doesn't even have the power to reverse it within hours to get your money. You work hard for $ and you get jacked over and over again. This company is horrible and I will never use Wells Fargo again and I would recommend using a smaller local bank that has better security than this piece of garbage company. Hey Mr. CEO of Wells Fargo have you ever had your $20 million that you stash in the Cayman Islands stolen by a crooked punk? No you haven't because us little people suffer while you sit on your mounds of money and laugh it up and then charges over fees and penalties because of your greed.

1 Star- I had an appointment with the Manager, Janet. I showed up 5 min early and she told me "please wait in the chairs, I will be with you in a moment". So I waited for 30 min.5 Stars - Matt showed up and realized we had been waiting awhile and was able to pick us up and help out. He was very helpful and was very quick at his job.Janet never came over and said anything to us the entire time or apologized for not honoring the appointment. It appeared that she was on a personal call. I am grateful Matt was there or we probably would still be waiting on her.

Not customer centric. They act like providing service is an inconvenience to them. Came in to do a wire for my business... apparently not convenient for them today. Really need to find a new bank.
