Store # 0125 Today for the first time I visited a WinCo Store to make a business purchase on a recommendation from a fellow business owner. I needed ham for a catering request so I purchase a few hams and within 30 mins after the leaving the store the customer cancel so naturally I went back to the store within the hour. The store assistant manager Bethany said the company policy does not allow returns on perishable items. I asked to see such a policy in which she could not produce. Then I proceed to asked her where in the store it was posted that let the consumer know of such policy on perishable items her response was " there was none posted but it exists in the company policy" one that she could not produce. I then asked for the manger above her and again she is only one and gave me business card for corporate. I proceed to go online to WinCo's return policy and there was nothing stated on perishable items. So in other words the Store Managers have the power to descriminate on which customers to accept returns on. I will never return to WinCo or recommend this store to anyone. Buyer beware.

I have shopped here for years! Until Saturday 7/17. Cashier Linda was a racist! She literally threw all my groceries onto the belt! Then when I looked at her like why are throwing my stuff she said don't worry I'm not going to hurt your tamales. first off all I didn't purchase any tamales! Manager wasn't very helpful and said it's just something you say! Excuse me I don't know who says these things. Then offered me a $10 gift card! Are you kidding me. Insulting. How many times has this cashier been this rude! Enough is enough.

I love shopping here. There's not a lot of people in the early morning, and I like looking around at everything they have. I can spend an hour just in the bulk dept! The employees are all nice. I love that its open 24 hr again.

Racist, rude, unhygienic; come here if you like being followed even when you are a regular customer

Winco. What more can I say? This location is consistent with the others that I've visited. Winco is where the savings are. The store is clean. The shelves are well stocked and the Items are well presented. There is a wait to checkout , even at self-checkout. The store is open 24/7. Huge parking lot. Accessible entrance. Wide aisles

By far the worse Winco Foods I've been to. No communication with employees. Lines everywhere with no help. You'd think with being employee owner. This location would care more. I won't be back and left my full cart in the aisle. Tried call but it rang and and rang then disconnected on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Love this WinCo, it's so organized and clean. The staff is always wearing their masks properly unlike the other WinCo close to me, so I feel much more comfortable shopping here. I know that wearing masks is not ideal or comfortable. I know that working with the public during a pandemic is hard, and I appreciate the staff wearing their masks properly at all times more than I can properly express. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I drive out of my way now to shop here.

I've been to this WinCo a few times. They don't take credit cards and they don't bag your groceries. It's a large sized store and it is clean. Their prices are lower than a conventional grocery store, but not lower than Walmart. I found it surprising that none of the employees were wearing a face mask. Maybe if we pretend covid 19 doesn't exist, it won't? Also, I went through the self checkout lane and the guy standing there said nothing as he looked straight at me when I was exiting the store. Also their bakery section sucks. Not sure I'll be back.

Cash or debit... no credit card!!! Seafood selection can be hit or miss around the major holidays, but when they do have items available, they have a great selection at a very reasonable price. They even beat a major competitor next door known for low prices when it comes to bulk items. Whenever I decide to make gumbo, I find this WinCo store to have all my items at a reasonable price with a good amount of choices. For my gumbo, I use a variety of vegetables, chicken broth, sausage links, crab, shrimp, and of course rice... and no matter where I go, I can get never get all those items at a reasonable price like I do here. The bulk food selection is actually spot on and ideal for anyone without a membership. Keep in mind that you will have to bag your items, but I actually do that now when I go to any grocery store these days. Check out the meat department as the selection of prepackaged foods is great. The key thing is the price point for items is on track with valley grocery stores.

I love shopping here at Winco foods. They always have great prices for their veggies and fruit which are always nice and fresh. My favorite section is the bulk food section where I can take as much or little as I need therefore I don't end up wasting anything. They also have a nice bulk foods spice section where you can mix and match spices and make your own special little mixes or rubs. They also have a bulk section for dogs which includes dog food and dog treats, bird food, cat food. My two little Chihuahua's love the dog treats especially the little yellow cheesy ones and a little red ones with cheese on the inside. They are well-stocked with toilet paper finally. Other than that it is a nice place to shop, the staff is very nice the prices are low and you do get to bag your own groceries because of the lower prices.

Great selection of food when most places don't have many options. I highly recommend checking Winco out!

On 3/20/20 7:30 AM, Winco is open and selling toilet paper, but hundreds of customers are in line for Costco over two hours before Costco opens.
