We need more stores like this one. 24/7, always reliable, competitive prices, and AMAZING selection. Only downside is you might have to wait 1 minute for someone to ring up your items but if it's 3am what do you expect. They are usually always quick too, thank you WinCo for never letting me down, it's like a better version of Costco.

It was my first time checking out WinCo. This grocery store is huge! It offers something for everyone. It's easy to get lost in the abundance of product and overspend, while this store claims it offers lower prices. My complaint is the checkout. There was only one person open, the rest were self checkout. I was in a time crunch, so I went to self. As soon as I got there, the lady overseeing self commented that I have over 15 items. Self checkout is only for 15 items or less. I apologized, and continued. Of course, there were some hiccups during self checkout and the associate was less than helpful to help. She hollered from her register what I needed to do, rather than approaching me. I didn't see a sign or posting indicating debit card or cash only and tried using my credit card. Again, hollers from her saying I can't use my credit card. I felt embarrassed and ready to leave by then. I don't know if I'd come back to this particular store because of the checkout hassle.

SAGE is rude and nasty to customers. There was an issue with my WIC card. I've never had an issue with my WIC card ever until this day. The first two times there was a system issue. Sage kept telling me to hit Ok but the only thing on my end was Please Wait. No option to hit ok. The third time he claimed it was denied my the source. My WIC was working just fine at every other store. Sage told me out of his/her mouth "Oh well. There's nothing we can do." Sage was in such a rush to leave because his manager told him to cut his light off. He basically ran out of there once he was finished ringing us up and we had to deal with his end of the night attitude. Because of this I'll never shop at another Winco. I only shop places that have great customer service which I've always experienced until Sage. Sage has no business working with customers with that attitude.

The biggest disappointment about this store is the lack of employees. One checker at a time is unacceptable. The woman working self check out was completely unprofessional and not trying at all to help customers. Open 24 hrs means having good customer service 24 hours. None of the employees are kind and helpful. The store selection is fine but it will not make up for the lack of customer service.

Would be 5/5 but I’d prefer more self checkout options or more workers as cashiers. There’s always only 3 maybe 4 cashiers and the lines are always long.

The 5 stars are not only for the good prices but for the excellent customer service I received today. I had been shopping for about a 1/2 hour when a manager approached me and asked me if I had dropped a $20 bill. I reached in my pocket and realized I was missing one. He handed it to me and said I had fallen out of my pocket in the produce department. When I first started shopping. I was on the other side of the store when he found me. And how did he know it was me? He had taken the time to check the servalance camera to see who may have dropped it. And then walked around the store until he found me That is going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for that. It's also the reason my wife doesn't let me carry cash.

In the middle of the day, with a lot of shoppers they had ONE damn lane open.....employees were standing there talking or looking around. So plenty of staff that could have opened a lane. I know they are driving people to the self checkouts but this is ridiculous. I refuse the self checkouts because they are replacing an employee. We are already bagging our own groceries so come on

I’m really bummed out because I’ve been waiting for a reason to check out this store, and tonight was going to be my opportunity. I was hoping to pick up a missing ingredient for a late night baking project. I drove to this location AND the location in Mesa and both stores were closed without any warning or good explanation. Just a piece of paper on the door that said “closed for maintenance”. Was this bad timing or are they just unreliable?
