Daniela was great. She was very helpful with coordination. The loaner csr was tremendously helpful. The quality of the work (a Gold package for me) was exceptional. A tall young black gentleman in the shop was super friendly and I am sorry that I didn't get his name. I will ask him for it next time I am back at the very tidy shop.

This place sucks, there employees are rude, the owners have pets running around. What company installs PPF and film and have animals around makes no sense. this place deserves to be shut down Higher Detail is a way better company.

Will and his team have taken care of all my vehicles with exceptional service and unbeatable prices. I recently had them apply a full front PPF and ceramic coating to my new truck, and the results were outstanding. I interviewed and hired Windows and wheels to install tint, clear bra and ceramic on my 2024 Green Raptor. They introduced to my installer and was provided a new car rental to drive while the work was done.
When I picked up my truck at the end of the week, I saw a green truck parked many spaces down the parking lot in the same color. It looked so nice. I parked up with excitement to take a look. Walked the lot only to see the truck I thought was mine was not. My truck was hidden and looked even better. I was blown away!! Thank you windows and wheels for exceeding my expectations.

I was disappointed that we brought the car in at noon and were told it would be ready by 4 PM and at 4 PM. They were just washing the car. We had to wait 20 minutes. One of the clerks tried to tell me they were just doing a thorough job, but when we got in the car, it was still wet and spots on the outside so that’s not true. Also, they did not vacuum the trunk. The clerk said that was not included for 250 freaking dollars. They should’ve vacuumed the trunk I will never come back.

Windows and wheels have always gone above and beyond in their service for my Charger! I have had ceramic coating and window tint (removal and install). Daniela and Stanton have always taken very good care of my car and me! Also, there was a new office rep and detail employee when I went back this past week, that were super awesome! I highly recommend this business for sure!

They did an absolutely beautiful job. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect before returning the car to me and have offered follow up services if needed.
This is an amazing company with outstanding personnel.

Maurice was great, he took the time to explain the differences in services and recommending which direction I should go.
Ray was amazing. He spent time going through every detail of the service and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work that was performed.
I wish I knew the names of the guys that did the ceramic coating. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was perfect at the end of the service.
