If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a crystal for my mother for Mother's Day honoring our kitty we put down last June. I wasn't going to purchase a base for it but when I picked up the crystal the man working the kiosk talked me into it. My mom told me she had a few bases already so I tried returning the base last night at their location in Scottsdale Fashion Square. Instead of making it a smooth transaction the man working the kiosk called his manager on the phone. I had my receipt for the base and warranty on the base (I spent over $60 split on a card and cash - more than a tank of gas!) and both the man working and his "manager" told me the base needed to be "inspected" first and I would have to return for my refund. Those bases are overpriced #1 and #2 the lightbulb is so bright it's obnoxious and blinding. Let's not forget my mother told me she already had a base like this one so why do I need multiple bases? I don't. The man could have hit a few buttons on his credit card machine and refunded my $60+ but instead he decided to be difficult. Which in turn frustrated me as it was already late and not in the mood to argue with morons. Their crystals are okay but also very very overpriced. Didn't try returning that as it was a "custom piece" and I knew I'd get even more grief. Don't waste your money, the people they have here are sheisters.

Pricey, but these make such a great gift. Prices right now start just over $50. Service is great. Place your order at the kiosk which is located downstairs by the food court escalators and it will be shipped to your preferred address. Any issues questions just contact the number and they are available 24/7. I can't wait until pur pieces are done. We ordered one for ourselves and 2 more for gifts. The laser work on the crystals is amazing!

Isaac was super easy to work with. He advised me on which Crystal would work best for my specific picture and it turned out great. I’ll definitely be back. This is my go-to gift for friends and family. It puts a huge smile on their face every time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
