The me ABSOLUTE WORSE “company” to trust your belongings with! They stole over $25,000 worth of Chanel bags, Gucci, Louis Vuitton from me. Stole silverware and plates! Stole clothing, and a painting! They yelled at me on the phone and told me to stop calling and complaining! Offered me an $11.41 reimbursement payment! How is this place even still open!? Reported them to the Tempe Police department and a detective was put on my case. Of course nothing was ever recovered. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. A lady named Lisa was beyond rude and careless! Please DO NOT trust these professional theives!

Initially I had a good review because despite I went with brokers not knowingly, I used them even though I had to pay more than double from the initial quote but after receiving my items, I am not happy and wouldn’t recommend them. Some of my furnitures are completely damaged and I had to throw it away, some had bruises and some looks like they intentionally damaged it.. when I claimed insurance, they are paying $0.60/lbs meaning if my item is $500 and it’s damaged, they will only give me $30 in return which is absurd,,, never go with this company!!

I have had/am having an awful experience with 500Move, also known as First USA Moving and Storage. On the day they picked up my stuff, they added over $500 to the price claiming my couch and chair were larger than expected. I had no choice but to accept this increase as all my stuff was packed, I had to move out of my old apartment, and I had to move to Texas. They then delayed my move until 8/15/2024, having picked up my stuff on 7/26/2024, and being told I could move in as of 8/1/2024, saying they had no plan on when to deliver my stuff. Which was in contradiction to what the Moving Broker, Vantage Movers, who hired 500Move had told me. When my stuff was finally delivered on 8/15/2024, by another moving company, Reliable Moving Solutions, two of my items were strapped to the back door of the truck, those two items and several others were damaged, and some of my stuff is missing. I am trying to get reimbursed by 500 Move or Vantage Movers but they are both trying to get out of it. I would never, ever even consider using 500 Move again for anything. They were terrible involving my move from the actual service to the customer service. If I could I would give them zero stars. From Vantage Movers to 500Move, it looks like they tried to get me to commit using a low price, and then they increased it.
Since my move, 500Move has been even more difficult to deal with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Regarding my completely missing box, they claim they looked into finding it and searched their warehouse, and could not find it. This box contained some very valuable items and now I will lose a lot of money on these lost articles, as according to Anthem Services (who handles claims for 500Move), the only thing considered is the weight of the box, not the value. Two of my items damaged were strapped to the back door of the truck which made the delivery, not even in the truck, where they would have been protected. Neither 500Move and the Moving Broker I used which contracted 500Move, Vantage Movers, are taking any responsibility for my terrible experience and trying to compensate me. This was an awful experience, and I would definitely not recommend 500Move or Vantage Movers to anyone. 500Move is claiming they delivered my stuff "well-within" the moving window I was given. They delivered it on the 11th day of the 12 day window I was given. Certainly that is not "well-within" the window. In addition, while I told them my things could not be delivered until August 1, 2024, 500Move could have started transporting my stuff from Arizona to Texas on July 30, 2024, to arrive on August 1, 2024, which would then be more than the 12 day window. There service and customer service has been awful. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Notice how 500Move only mentions being within their delivery window and not the damage to my stuff or completely lost items of great personal value. What is most important to most people when they move. Thst their stuff arrives and arrives undamaged. 500Move failed on both counts with me. Their inability to accept responsibility, show remorse for their shoddy work, or make any any attempt to make me whole financially is why I would never recommend 500Move or Vantage Movers to anyone. I wish I could have given them 0 stars.

The quality of their service was abysmal. They completely disregarded my belongings, shoving items that were originally in boxes with hangers but to make space ( that I paid for) they took all 8 hanging boxes,including my wedding dress. And smashed them into boxes. They ruined my Tempur-Pedic king-size mattress and broke 2 of my dining room chairs beyond repair. so I was forced to buy a brand, new dining room table and chair set. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking, and I’m devastated by the damage they caused.
I would strongly advise against using this company for your move. Their dishonest practices and lack of respect for customers' belongings make them a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy company.

Had to move from Arizona back to Northern California. The movers were able to get it all done in 12.5 hours. Josh Walls was there from the start all the way to the end to make sure this process went as quickly as possible. They were helpful in breaking down furniture and neatly packing them away into the moving trucks. Steve and Robert were also very helpful with taking down rooms individually. Make sure you record your walk throughs just to verify what was agreed to be taken in case you have over 200+ items you plan on taking with you. Glad Josh was there because he took a 2 day job and finished it all in one.

It wasn’t so much 500moves but the great company to whom they subcontracted our job out to RELIANT MOVE (Scottsdale). When one thinks of cross country moves, one hears horror stories and catastrophe. Today, our furniture arrived from the west coast to the east coast. Not only was the move flawless without a dent or scratch but Ron and Nathan were professional, hospitable and industrious. They moved everything in precisely the spaces we needed them. I’m not sure they could have been any nicer. I’m just disappointed that I went through a broker instead of dealing with them directly. You cannot put a dollar tag on value when it comes to quality. But we got more than we could possibly have paid for. In a word, they were great!! If I could give better than five stars, I would have to RELIANT MOVES of Scottsdale

I googled 5 Star movers in Phoenix and a company named Amerisafe was at the top of the list. Amerisafe did an over the phone walk thru that was very detailed and put a quote together for door to door service all within the Anthem Community for $4250 to include packing. On the day of the move it was not Amerisafe but instead 500 Move that showed up and upon arrival the supervisor said the packing list was not accurate and the price was now $7000. After negotiations we had to pay $5000 and pack everything ourselves. I would not recommend this company unless you contact them directly to get a walk thru quote prior to move. I thought I was dealing with the movers directly but was dealing with an agent, when the original agreement was made the contracting agent demanded $1500 to secure the services. They know you are committed and have to move on the dates you've required and they will exploit that vulnerability. There is definitely a learning experience on our end. I will close with the movers did an excellent job once the final agreement was made on the day of the move.

The original quote was $2,600. They went to pick up my belongings and demanded $2,200 more. They were rude. I paid the $4,800. I didn’t get my belongings for close to 40 days after they took them. They were bringing stuff in and jewelry was falling on the ground. I am missing ALL of my diamond, ruby, emerald, black hills gold, garnet, etc rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Plus a huge binder of valuable baseball cards. Plus I had to pay more upon delivery. I paid over $8,000 total. I called them about the missing jewelry and they’ve done nothing. They also loaded 10 boxes they were told not to load that I had to pay for and have to pay to send back.
I will say the delivery driver and mover that dropped off my belongings were very friendly and professional. I’m sure it’s not their fault.

We were very happy with the service and care that we got from 500 Move Relocation. They were efficient, friendly, and all of our belongings arrived in excellent condition within the time frame they gave us. They answered our calls and questions throughout the move process. We greatly appreciate the service we received from them. Thanks Rob, Josh, Phillip, Amy, and all the others who did such a great job on our behalf.

It's not often in our lifetime that we move all of our belongings from one state and move across country! When we did we chose 500 move LLC because they were referred by one of our family members. They did an exceptional job! They carefully packaged our belongings and swiftly packed them in the truck and held them until we closed on our property. The staff was very helpful and friendly to work with.
We recently had all of our belongings delivered which was led by Phillip Acuna and Joshua Walls. This was no easy delivery because of the rural location of our property. But they handled the challenge and worked like an incredible team! It was a big job, and they all worked so well together! They work quickly, and were very gracious along the process.
If you are considering a move, whether it's local or cross country, I highly recommend 500 Move LLC to handle one of the most stressful things that you'll ever have to endure. They will make the process truly enjoyable!
