My daughter attended Pre-K at Kinder Care. The add on Phonics class was beneficial in developing her skills. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. The app was a great way to receive messages and daily updates.

2023 Edit: This facility has gone downhill since the company became publicly traded and changed management. Maria and Tami ran an amazing center focused on early childhood development, but their departure marked a notable difference in the direction the facility has taken its approach to this business. My daughter loves coming here so much she’s not even two and gets so excited in the morning when I say, “let’s get ready for school?” She has a fun, balanced day and I’m confident that she is being taken care of because they keep me posted on the things she does via their app. This location has also remained reliably open throughout the pandemic and has many safety measures in place that help me feel comfortable about continuing to bring my child here.

I love Peoria KinderCare and all the staff and teachers.. My daughter is in the pre k preschool class and she is very attached to mamma however she feels very comfortable while I leave and step away for work to leave her there.. It was rough at first but, the teachers made her feel very safe and comfortable.. Always activities going on for the kids and lots of educational learning!! I wish Peoria KinderCare still had there bus rout for kindergarten!

If you are looking for your child to be cared for like family and learn a lot, this is the place! Ms. Teri takes good care of her parents and kiddos and her staff is amazing. They care deeply and you'll get progress reports and pictures along with great communication. Your child will develop relationships with their teachers and from my experience, they will treat them like their own. I'm so happy that I found this place. It's been nothing but a joy.

My kids started at this daycare February of 2017, not once had my kids accused a teacher of physically harming them until March 2022. We drive by this KinderCare quite often and till this day my son brings up the teacher who choked him, Stephanie is the teachers name. I felt like any mother would've felt when my son shared with me what happened, I was infuriated and confronted the teacher directly, of course she denied it because she can and knows well her actions weren't recorded on camera. I was raging when I confronted her face to face, even then I did not verbally abuse or put my hands on her and later that day I called Teri and apologized for the way I reacted, I am not sorry for defending my son and I believe him %100. The investigation that was done was to ask 4-5 year olds if they saw anything in class that day everybody said no and at the end my services were terminated, talk about retaliation for doing what any mother would've done in my position. This situation should not have been left at the judgement of 4-5 year old kids. The reason Teri gave me for terminating my services was that the teacher in question felt scared and threatened by me, I wonder how scared and threatened my 5 year old son felt when this adult physically harmed him for not sitting down to eat during lunch time, Teri failed my son but protected her employee. Thank you to Maria at the front office, Maria who drove the bus always making sure Daniel got on his school bus because I was always running late thank you, thank you miss Jessica.

Sometimes a new director isn't always the best decision to make. This location has went downhill in a matter of months which is so disappointing because I loved this daycare. From classrooms being shutdown one by one from COVID-19 with only assuming the virus is coming from teachers. Now within the infant room, you would think extra precautions would be taken as they are babies in this room. My child has been going here since he was 1 month, upon starting my child had an umbilical hernia. I expressed his diapers should be rolled down away from the hernia per his pediatrician orders instead teachers did the opposite and I had to keep reminding them, always having to add notes into his diaper bag. This facility was an amazing place, my baby was learning so much and was enjoying his time here. However after the new director Terilee took over the whole environment changed. I could see teachers within my child's room and other teachers in other age rooms caring less about the job, from having private meetings in the lobby for everyone to hear, teachers not paying attention to the children in their rooms leaving them unattended. A friend of ours who's children were attending the same daycare had a teacher put their hands on one of her kids which was reported and resulting in her children being kicked out of the daycare. In the infants classroom my son was being cared for by Miss Katie, Miss Stephanie and others. In one week we received 4 incident reports for my little one. Which we were told and I quote "he's trying to be to grown" by him trying to learn to walk, we were also not informed our son had gotten hurt until 2 hours after the incident had happen because and I quote again "we were waiting to see if a mark would show up". No accountability taken whatsoever. When pick up time came around at the end of the day the bottles would be throw in the diaper bag. Which resulted in the bag and everything else getting ruined. I had to replace two diaper bags because of this. My baby also would have a messy nose, face, and dirty diaper. At one point my spouse picked up our son and he had a random pacifier in his mouth, we were told it was his.. we've never seen this pacifier before. A few days later he was sick. For the director herself Terilee McBride .... So much can be said but we will say this. She will always speak over you, anything you have a concern about be prepared to hear her talk in circles about absolutely nothing. It's as if she doesn't truly know what is going on within the daycare. She claims they are taking the proper precautions for the virus COVID-19 but I have yet to see her enforce temperatures being taken and ALL parents wearing a mask upon entry. NOTHING IS TAKEN SERIOUS. TERILEE MCBRIDE DO BETTER !MISS KATIE DO BETTER !MISS STEPHANIE DO BETTER !MARIA SPEAK UP !

If you call them out on anything they totally ignore you and never speak to you again. Tami along with her assistant are horrible communicators. They never return phone calls and even had to call corporate to get my refund due to having foster kiddos that went there that then went home. Tami kept telling she would look into it and call me back but never would so had to call corporate. During covid their communication was horrible and always leaving you abruptly with no day care for the day because of the lack of communication. Also once the kiddo return to school they refused to take her back at daycare without once communicating this to us!! I will not go here again and will not recommend them to anyone!

We joined the kindercare family over 5 years ago and it has been one of the best choices we made for our children. During these hard times they have been just amazing, maintaining a reliable schedule, implementing an array of safety protocols, and communicating any and all changes. Thank you for everything you do.

I really love this child care, you know it's really hard to choose a place and a group of people that will pretty much help raise your children. What I've noticed is that the staff here at this KinderCare, put as much care into raising your children as you would. They take temperatures of each child before letting them into the building and any parents or Guardians who are dropping off the children must wear masks. They send you alerts throughout the day of how your children are doing and let you know of little Milestones that they've reached.Working a full-time job, you miss alot of precious moments and they share that moment with you. They take a picture and or even a video. Its heart warming. So if you want a loving and caring environment for your child.I would definitely recomend a KinderCare.

Very clean. Kids seemed to enjoy their class rooms. Teachers were helpful and able to answer questions about the facility. Had a good overall feel to it.

My children have been going to 51st & Peoria KinderCare for three years and we have experienced all of the age group rooms. They are amazing. My children are happy, healthy, and safe. I can go to work each day and know that they are in the best of hands. They have fun, they learn, and they get to socialize with other children. They have been more than amazing during this pandemic and have several safety protocols in place that keep my children safe, including temp checks, masks, and constant communication regarding my children's care. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have been using this kindercare since summer of 2018 when we first moved to Arizona. With my husband being in the military and myself working for the military it is fantastic knowing that loving teachers and staff are caring for my child. When the pandemic hit my husband and I were worried for the wellbeing of our child and if the daycare would continue to stay open, but kindercare quickly put our worries at ease with the changes to pick-up and drop off routines where the child will get temp checks at the door prior to entering and social distancing while waiting for your child. The kids already have great hand washing routines but they reinforced those and made them more frequent in the classrooms. Not only have they been a blessing during this pandemic when work is busier than ever for both my husband and myself but they have been amazing from the first day we started her in the center. I feel as though my child is very loved by the staff and I couldn't ask for a better facility to use!

We love this daycare! My daughter has been enrolled for 2 and a half years and from day 1 my daughter has received excellent care. She’s loves to go to school! Staff is amazing! They’ve done a great job keeping my daughter safe during COVID-19.
