Had to leave one star. Got a delivery pictures added food was burnt and black and they still packed it . Totally disappointed in a hotel not many options so didn’t eat.

Totally rude and belligerent clerk, called at 2 am because the valley Metro app has them listed as a retailer..the clerk just wanted an attitude saying it's not his problem, I never said it was his problem but he continued to have an attitude
I told him maybe he should tell his boss their listed so they could fix the issue and no one else waste their time calling but nothing but attitude, will not spend any money at this store
And mistake is a mistake but your arrogance is not

Their card machines never work when one employee is there but it works for everyone else I guess? Drink areas always dirty and the staff isn't pleasant.

Went to put money on my SRP box using CASH and was told that it declined. How does cash decline for to put money on a box. This isn’t my first bad experience with this specific 7/11. The manager and his workers are beyond lazy. Will not be going back.

Manager says you cannot make a payment to SRP after 8 pm. I called SRP right after and was told the cash at checkout option is 24 hours and that manager lied. Great place to go to get stabbed in the parking lot though I guess.

Why does it close from 1an-4am now? I have pics of signs saying its closed and all, but would just appreciate if they let us know this isn't a 24/7 location anymore, if so.
