Finding out I needed a transmission was devastating at first. However, I’m here to share my experience at Aamco on Bell Rd and 61st…… from the beginning Sara made me feel at ease while I waited for their team to confirm what the plan of attack was. I was highly pleased the pricing quoted was both reasonable and the timeframe for completion was indeed acceptable. Sara and her team of experts completed the work as promised and kept me updated along the way.
I am very pleased to recommend Aamco on Bell in Glendale and give extra thanks to Sara for her genuine kindness, knowledge and help!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at AAMCO on Bell Rd! I brought my Ford Explorer in for some much-needed work, including a tire replacement, and Sarah took amazing care of me. From the moment I walked in, she made the whole process easy and stress-free. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. The transmission in my fiancé’s 2019 Ford Edge went down after I took it for a drive up to Sedona. We ended up having it looked at by the dealer and after 3 weeks they came back and told us we had to replace the whole transmission which is not what we wanted to hear. We decided to have the vehicle towed to AAMCO on Bell rd for a second opinion and I’m really glad we did. Sarah down at AAMCO pulled out all the stops to make sure we were taken care of. She didn’t sugar coat anything and made things simple to understand when it came to the repairs needed in order to get our car back on the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to go through AAMCO again for any future repairs needed.

I took my car there twice within the last 12 months . Steven young man was awesome. I took my car somewhere else where they told me there was multiple things were wrong with my care. Steven said there is nothing wrong except one thing. He fixed it. I got my car back in a couple of hours. I will not go any where else except to this shift.

As many of these reviews has stated DO NOT COME HERE. The managers Sara is a joke and clearly doesn’t know the first thing about cars nor running a business. I brought my car in to fix my Cat and have replaced it 4 time with them since including fixing my throttle bottle (which probably didn’t need to be replaced) as well. Me and her have gone back n forth about this cat and finally I had it check by another shop and sure enough it was the wrong cat for my car but if you ask Sara she does nothing wrong. Sara swore up and down that it was a straight from Chevy them selves but turns out she just got it from some 3 party place because it was cheaper. She then proceeded to yell and harass my parent after being presented with the facts and over all embarrassed herself in front of customers and proceeded to violently shake “to get her point across”. I trusted this place because as some of you may know this shop use to be a good shop but it’s under new ownership and Sara is running it into the ground.
