Do not shop at this ace. They kept my receipt and the system was down and no one would help me further. I work in a family owned business and that is unacceptable. I now lost out on a return because I can't return to another ace. I don't live anywhere near this one. Customer service sucked and will never come to this ace ever again. The manager had a well it's not my problem attitude and didn't care that it inconvenienced me that I have to keep the product that doesn't work for me. Go shop anywhere else but here.

Do not take any equipment in there to get work done it's just a bunch of kids who watched a stihl video and got certified. Literally gave me my tool back in worse condition then they got it claiming it was fixed. I took it home and as we got it out of the truck pieces fell off of it. While trying to put it back together I realized that it was missing two pieces that were on it when I brought it in. When I called the owner to let him know he told me that I needed to take it up with his teenage mechanics which I thought was strange since they were his employees. You want me to go in there and yell at bunch of kids? Either way my $600 piece of equipment that they are certified dealers of is now going to cost double to repair. Take your stuff to a real stihl mechanic one that knows how to use the tools and is familiar with problem solving outside of the box.

Ace Hardware in Glendale (67th Avenue & 101) was incredible today. I wanted to purchase an item online but ended up calling the store. Sammy the young woman I spoke to told me she would take care of me. I drove there and I found her at the front of the store. She was great! Every employee at Ace, greeted me with a smile on their faces. I'm going back there again and highly recommend this store for the North Glendale communities.
