I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this location. Both the teller and the manager displayed behavior that was not just unprofessional, but also discriminatory. It was a demeaning encounter that I've never experienced at any other bank.The atmosphere felt more like an interrogation than a banking service, making it an incredibly uncomfortable visit. I strongly advise others to consider banking elsewhere. This branch's conduct is a serious issue and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and respect. Choose a bank that values and respects its customers – this one clearly does not.

If I could post zero stars I would. Have a car loan with this guys. They are now mandating I buy insurance from them because they will not accept my proof of insurance. I'm on my third call and they are still taking over 90 dollars extra out each month. Very frustrating and time consuming. Been on the phone with them for about 1/2 hour. Now listening to music. Hopefully they come back again. I sent a declarations page with codes for vehicle coverage but they either don't know the codes are simply too lazy to read them. Advice, go with another credit union for a car loan. If they don't come back to the phone call, it will be more guessing and more of my hard earned money wasted because they can't deliver.

I had a terrible experience with alaska usa federal credit union. Nick Silistria was my load officer and he tried everything he could to sabotage our loan process, I am profoundly disappointed in Nick and crew at alaska credit union. They treated me like a 2nd class citizen

Poor customer service with hidden fees. They are now charging me 95 dollars to re-insure my truck. When I started the loan, an insurance card was good enough. Now that is not the case. The never tell you that they need a declarations page. It looks like I'm on the hook for re-submitting a new declarations page. No other credit union does this. It's not enough to read the small print, just stay away.

I love Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. Amazing customer service and always keeping track of activity and notifying me of suspicious charges. I recently had to get a new debit card and they are able to print new ones on the spot so I was able to get a card the very same visit and it was like nothing happened. Very happy customer and that's why I have banked with them for almost 25 years.

Financed $75k vehicle loan through AlaskaUSA FCU. We sent in our insurance verification the week we purchased the vehicle after we received account numbers. It has taken the past three months to get them and their broken system to recognize our insurance, culminating in them automatically charging us for insurance. I re-sent in my insurance policy a fourth time, and had my State Farm agent do it again as well. They FINALLY recognized it. The first CSR sent me to an automated system death sentence rather than actually listening. I plan on refinancing now and this company will never see another penny of mine. Recommend that strongly consider avoiding. The customer service was not helpful.

I just had the privilege of working with Leanna Gray to buy a home in Arizona. We started this process out of state to get a jump on buying a home before getting here. She was incredibly responsive, even on the weekends! She worked diligently to stay on top of all of our paperwork to make sure everything went smoothly. The timeline started getting pretty tight because of the sale of our old home, but there she was, every step of the way, even responding to emails at nearly 9 pm to make sure we had everything ready to record the next day! It’s always nice during these times to have someone you can trust to work so hard on your behalf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

do not lock your card!! It will never be able to be unlocked!!Multiple glitches in this armature banks app. They need to learn business because they won’t make it far in Arizona! Only time will tell

Absolutely terrible company, location and service. Your employees on the phone and in person are rude, disrespectful and unintelligent in addition to being poorly trained. When you call the call center for help, they will put you on hold for long periods of time until you just hang up because they don't want to nor know how to deal with customers or issues. If you don't hang up - they will transfer you blindly to a voicemail. Everytime I walk into this branch nobody says hello or greets you and they have absolutely ZERO hustle or time management skills. Be prepared to wait around forever.

Worst Bank ever! I came to open an account, and I already had a checking and saving account that was open without my authorization or my presence, in which they open when my husband came in to make a payment for their benefit, not ours. He doesn't even know my social security! I only came to open an account because it would make it easier to auto pay my loan but never was I told that I had 60 days to get loan reductions in which it had already been 90 days which it's fine. But I'm like how did they open a saving and a checking without me being there?? Its scary! As soon as I can I will be transfering everything to my bank because I do not want to deal with their lack of services, and poor security standards.
