Your meat dept really needs to keep up with the sale items. Your ribeye steaks were on sale and was told it'll be awhile must have seen a couple dozen customers waiting then finally giving up. Same thing with your prime rib roast around the holidays. This is unacceptable. Fry's always has their sale items available.

When someone says no substitutions, it means no substitutions. Every order this store insists on sending subs when I have requested them repeatedly not to. Every time we get useless food that we are allergic to, or a different size or brand that is more expensive than what we ordered. Today I ordered $9 of ground beef that was subbed with a $22 package. When items are listed as out of stock, and there are always lots, the total goes down but the driver tip remains the same. Today, I got $250 worth of groceries. The tip was for over $325. They refuse to put produce in the produce bags, and stick the packing label directly on the produce, always damaging it. I frequently receive rotten produce as well. Often the stickers are used to cover moly spots. I am disabled. I literally have a fractured neck and torn shoulder right now. Today the driver dropped all of my groceries 20 feet from my front door in the sun. Never rang the doorbell. Lucky for me I have a ring camera that alerted me that he was here. I paid for a year of Fresh Pass, so now I feel trapped in using this store. I have to have delivery right now. Too bad it's always disheartening.

The 5 stars I have just given the PHARMACY is only related to the 1 (ONE) time I have actually used said pharmacy. I say this because I feel the PHARMACY TECHNICIAN that helped me when I dropped off my prescriptions deserves to be mentioned for his OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If I could give him 10 (Ten) stars I would. We all could use people like him when it comes to people skills and general kindness. A very special THANK YOU TO THIS PHARMACY TECHNICIAN. ?

I have been waiting since 4 pm for a med to be filled it is now 6 :15 pm keep in mind the med was called in at 945 am!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Disappointed today to see that management is not enforcing the mandated mask rule. Many people wandering inside with no masks and not social distancing at all.

I don't usually shop Albertsons, but I check their weekly ads and if they are offering a good sale on something, then I'll stop in at this one to get that item. What I like about Albertsons, and this one is no different, is that the store is pretty well stocked as compared to other chain grocery stores in my area. Though Albertsons prices are a bit higher than others in my area, it is good to have more options available and the item you are looking for in stock, which I have always found at this Albertsons. I also like that Albertsons does not have self checkout lanes. I don't mind waiting in line and usually if they have 3 people waiting, they will call for a back up cashier. All the cashiers I have encountered in the past have always been very helpful and friendly. There is one (I hate to use the term but can't think of anything else to say because I fit in the same category) "older" lady who works a lot of the Friday mornings when I stop in. She is always so very pleasant and friendly and always has a smile on her face.

We moved to Glendale in 2016 we purchased some fish from the fish dept. It was bad- smelly and slimy. We returned it for a refund. Sometimes this happens I agree.. but this week we bought some shrimp and it was bad too. DO NOT BUY SEAFOOD FROM THIS ALBERTSONS!!

i've been shopping at this albertsons for years, and i have never had an encounter this rude with an employee. i was given complete attitude, and rude looks the entire time i shopped. i believe the employee was Isabelle. this encounter was very rude. and i was highly disappointed in the employee service.
