I like this Albertsons. Call out to my fav cashier Sandy! She has always been very helpful and kind in walking me thru the digital coupons and weekly specials! I also want to give an atta boy to our very helpful butcher Mike. We go to him for specials like fillet mignon and skirt steaks. He is very knowledgeable and has always been really helpful.
One complaint is with how the corporate business has made it increasingly difficult in jumping hoops to get all of the "deals" that are offered. And when you get to checkout they often don't work. You have to pay attention and remember the special price, then you have to ask for assistance to see why it didn't go thru. Very hard to read the small print on the food prices in the store. It's like they have 5.00 in BIG FONT and the requirements to get the deal in really small print. That leads me to think 🤔 they hope you don't notice the elevated pricing because you didn't capture the good deal. Corporate is not about letting you save the monies. The people who work there everyday help shorten this dishonest gap IMO.

Great store if you go in, don't even bother with delivery they will cancel or substitute a good portion of your list. When they do have it in stock. Delivery scam

Their carrot cake. I like their carrot cake but they don't always have it out and it seems they're little squares cakes are getting smaller but going up in price. Got smaller and went up in price.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Their bakery used to be the very best. Now it's horrible. This is the 4th time they've messed up! Never again.

This Albertsons has been here for many years. It's about time they upgraded this store. It's very old looking, needs a paint job and the exterior is so very drab !!!
As much money they pull in, you would think they would care about the customers and their comfort by giving the place a face-lift. That's all I have to say about this !!

I placed a drive up and go order at foe Thursday at 8am and they were "out" of the main part of my order so I called at 9:30ish am to have it cancelled and was told the manager would do so later when she came in and they'd call me. She/they never did. I called again Thursday and was told, "I forgot to tell her, so she'll do it Friday." Ok.
I call Friday, I'm told she apparently never came in, and now I have to wait until Saturday. Ok.
Saturday, I'm refunded $32 and change of my total $62 and change purchase. I call at 11:45am and speak with supervisor and let her know she's made a mistake and she says she'll contact her supervisor to see if they can refund the remainder and that it takes about 30 minutes and she'll call me back then. 2:30pm comes around and no call back.
I call AGAIN and apparently on their end I only paid $32 yet explain how my bank account is charged for $62 and my original receipt also says the same. The person from their drive up and go blocks my number on his phone so I am forced to call the actual store to see if anyone can resolve my issue and I'm told there are no supervisors there because the supervisors are only there in early morning. So if anything happens in the store in the afternoon, good luck getting help because theres no supervisors. Now I'm remembering when i called Thursday morning and the guy then told me the supervisor would be in later but what I was told today is that there aren't even any supervisors in the store in the afternoon. So they lied to me Thursday.
In the end, no one was capable and no help was given. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting this Albertsons for fraud. I'd recommend anyone to go to any other safeway/albertsons and save yourself the migraine when/if something goes bad. I know I'll never set foot in this location again or patronize them.
Notice how in the pictures attached the order states "partially refunded."
