Bad service. Went in there today and the register girl made me feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. Decided not to spend my money after feeling unwanted.

Assistant Manager is condescending and rude and tried to manipulate me. Bought two of the same pair of shoes for our family and they both started to split after wearing them once. She said she couldn’t return them because they were worn and only manufacture defective shoes can be returned. I asked her how would we know without wearing them if they are defective? She then went ahead and tried to tell me that different stores have different policies…that is not true. Aldo stores all have the same return policy for unworn or defective shoes…they don’t change by the store. Then she wanted to exchange them without a refund. Not sure what difference that would have made as I would have returned the new ones given the quality. In the end she knew I wasn’t give in to her nonsense trials so she ended up refunding the money for both.
Simply rude and made me feel like an idiot. I would never return to this store. Wonder how their corporate office would explain all this? Lack of training perhaps?

Maelani(spelling?) was very helpful at the register today! The shoe I was looking for was out of stock but the customer service more than made up for it. Give Maelani a raise!

They sent me some shoes that I didn't order and when I went to return them they said they open at 11:00 and it is closed, terrible service

Aldo rhymes with Waldo. ❤️
That fact alone is my main reason for coming here. I was not disappointed. If you want to come to a place that rhymes with Waldo, this is the place! There's not another place I can even think of that even comes close. If you haven't been in here before, give it shot. I think you'll really appreciate the way it rolls off the tongue.

I was just here about a week ago to return two pairs of shoes. I was searching for a specific color code that I don’t think Aldo carries anymore. I spoke about this with a female employee who was processing my return. Throughout this process she was very personable and helpful even with current interests I had in other shoes that I saw there. They didn’t have my size unfortunately, but I really appreciated the female employee’s help and enthusiasm during my time there doing the return. I don’t remember her name but I know she told me it was on the receipt. I just don’t have the receipt as I’m writing this review, but I imagine she’ll know who she is from this review description. Thanks for the help, laughter, and your willingness to help me find other alternative footwear that I was interested in. I’m sure I’ll be back to consider future purchases.

Love this place!! The shoes here are different from any other shoe store. The prices aren't bad. Matching bags, if that's your thing and it's definitely mine. Always find what I want in this store!

Customer service is horrible Amanda rolled her eyes when I asked if they got sandals in my size, her response was so rude. Aldo needs to train their staff better!!!!
