AMC Arrowhead 14 offers a variety of movie experiences with amenities designed to enhance comfort and enjoyment. The theater features spacious seating options, including luxury recliners and rocking seats, though some reviews mention that the recliners are not very comfortable and that seats can sometimes be unclean. The venue is located in a shopping mall close to residential areas, making it convenient for local visitors. Discount days and special deals, such as $7 movie tickets, provide affordable options for moviegoers. Concessions are available, with self-serve popcorn and soda fountains, and free refills are offered upon request. While the theater provides premium options like IMAX, Dolby Cinema, and Prime at AMC for a more immersive experience, some reviews highlight issues such as disorganized seating arrangements, unclear seat numbering, and inconsistent cleanliness. Temperature control also varies, with some auditoriums being uncomfortably hot. Despite these concerns, visitors appreciate the overall experience, especially when attending on discount days or enjoying amenities like bar offerings, including well-made margaritas. AMC Arrowhead 14 is a popular choice for those seeking a range of movie and concession options, though improvements could be made in cleanliness and setup.

Everything was good except the ticket agent sent us to the wrong theater. The movie playing was not posted outside the entry door.

Went to watch the odyssey. the experience could have been perfect but the volume for the 2:30 show in room 10 was just unsafe and loud. Everyone walked out with a headache after the 3 hour movie. please please have someone look into this.
