Jose in the leasing office goes above and beyond he’s always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. As someone who travels all around the Valley for work, having almost instant access to the 101 and I-17 makes my job so much easier.
I highly recommend Adobe Ridge, and I’ve even convinced a few of my friends to move in next door!”

The maintenance people have been amazing and Matt in the front office is always so helpful. I can say that my apartment is beautiful and I have a beautiful big deck. I have no complaints so far and happy that I moved here.”
“So far so good! My husband and I have applied at sagestone, walked the property, toured, applied, and have moved forward with lease signing. Everyone including Bianca, Shaydee and all others I have communicated with via phone and email have made the application process smooth, friendly, and clear. There are no unexpected fees, and even though we are not moved in yet we feel right at home!”

“Mr. Shannon White is an awesome maintenance worker he gets things done quickly and stays on it, very friendly. I told the other maintenance guy Chris to fix my ceiling when they fixed my AC and it’s been months since he told me he was going to fix it and never came by.”

The community is also pet-friendly, which is a plus if you have furry friends. Overall, it seems like a nice place to live in Glendale!”

“I loved living here, the staff and maintenance were so friendly and the grounds were well kept. This has been the only complex I was sad to leave. We stayed for 3 years. I would highly highly recommend living here. There’s enough parking, quiet neighborhoods, it’s close to Arrowhead and plenty of places to eat! The units have plenty of space and the pricing is very fair.”

“I have lived at Tresa for 5+ years. The staff at the leasing office is great. When I first moved in there was a lot of turnover in the office but they have found what I feel is the perfect team. The maintenance staff is very friendly as well. I have had some health issues recently and they worked with me as much as they could in my opinion. I have had a/c problems as well and it has finally been resolved just in time for summer. The amenities are always clean!”

Currently the facility is only licensed for personal care but with wrap around services from a senior care management like The Assist Group LLC. you will be in good hands at Lifestyles of Glendale?”
“Working with Wanda was honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I was moving from out of state, and she made the whole process simple and stress-free. She picked up every call, answered all my questions, and walked me through everything step by step. You can tell she genuinely cares about people she made me feel welcome before I even got here.
The place itself is clean, comfortable, and fully furnished a perfect setup and an incredible deal for the area. If you’re new to Phoenix or Glendale and looking for a nice place with someone who really looks out for you, talk to Wanda. She’s the best.”

“It was good. The only thing was there were a lot of cockroaches and water bugs which are bigger versions of a roach. Sometimes when it's summer and you go to the pool you might have to be careful because there is a bee stinger and there are bees”

“Luis and Oscar are so efficient. I put a work order in at night and at 10am they were in my apartment fixing all the issues. No complaints with maintenance what’s so ever. The front office staff could be a little more friendly I miss Ally she was so nice and helpful”

“At Sierra Canyon, I found the perfect place to live! I have lived in this community for 5 years. Claudia and Mariah in the front office are always so helpful, welcoming, expedient and kind in all circumstances. The monthly activities are great and generate the sense of community. The maintenance crew is friendly and accommodating. Levi is the “go to” guy for my apartment. He is a genuinely good person and his work ethic is evidence of that. Sierra Canyon is a great place with great people!”
