“At Sierra Canyon, I found the perfect place to live! I have lived in this community for 5 years. Claudia and Mariah in the front office are always so helpful, welcoming, expedient and kind in all circumstances. The monthly activities are great and generate the sense of community. The maintenance crew is friendly and accommodating. Levi is the “go to” guy for my apartment. He is a genuinely good person and his work ethic is evidence of that. Sierra Canyon is a great place with great people!”

“We have had such a wonderful experience living at Tressa Apartments! The grounds are always clean and well maintained, and the amenities are amazing. The leasing staff is truly one of the kindest and most helpful teams we’ve had the pleasure of working with. They are always attentive, welcoming, and willing to help whenever we need anything.
One of the things that stands out the most is how quickly and efficiently maintenance requests are handled. A special shoutout to David, the Maintenance Supervisor , who truly goes above and beyond. He makes sure every work order is taken care of properly, thoroughly, and on time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work.
We also want to mention how extremely clean our apartment was when we moved in. It made such a great first impression and really showed the level of care that goes into the community.
Overall, we are very happy with our experience at Tressa Apartments and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained place with an amazing team ❤”
“I loved living here, the staff and maintenance were so friendly and the grounds were well kept. This has been the only complex I was sad to leave. We stayed for 3 years. I would highly highly recommend living here. There’s enough parking, quiet neighborhoods, it’s close to Arrowhead and plenty of places to eat! The units have plenty of space and the pricing is very fair.”

You have a management team that has over 10yrs experience with property and has made a name for this place.You receive a fully functional apartment starting at $2k per month with 24hr around the clock care. Currently the facility is only licensed for personal care but with wrap around services from a senior care management like The Assist Group LLC. you will be in good hands at Lifestyles of Glendale?”
“Praise god the woman of this apts including maintenance were awesome they helped me and my famliy going thru addiction I relapse and lose my famliy it's been 3 weeks but they still tryed and still worked with me 8 had no prob with roaches or management prob or maintenance prb they were a godsend y praise park 67yh it was a good place to call home”

And the pool they just had remodled in the back is soon beautiful can't wait to spend our summer in the pool best place ive ever lived!!!!”
“At night, all of the parking near the lake was closed after a certain time. I didn't see any signs letting people know what time the lake or parking closed, which was a little confusing. There were still quite a few people out riding scooters, so we parked at a nearby apartment complex. We asked the security guard if it was okay, and he kindly said yes. He also reminded us to make sure all of the red dots on our scooters were lit up before we left.
I ended up getting a scooter that died after about 10 minutes because I didn't know how to read the battery life, but that was just a learning experience.
The setting was absolutely beautiful. Between the lights reflecting on the lake, the people out smiling and enjoying themselves, and the benches where you can sit and watch the water, it made for such a cute date night. We really loved the atmosphere and can't wait to come back!”

“Luis and Oscar are so efficient. I put a work order in at night and at 10am they were in my apartment fixing all the issues. No complaints with maintenance what’s so ever. The front office staff could be a little more friendly I miss Ally she was so nice and helpful”

We spoke with Eva, who was incredibly pleasant, patient, and very informative about the property and its amenities. “It was good. The only thing was there were a lot of cockroaches and water bugs which are bigger versions of a roach. Sometimes when it's summer and you go to the pool you might have to be careful because there is a bee stinger and there are bees”
