“First time living on my own and Briseida made the transition super easy. Had a bit of issues with the system not giving us our first month rent free but Briseida was able to come to the rescue and override the issue! Super neat! Property is very clean, modern, and quiet. Property has access to a walking trail and mini dog park. Also, Briseida is easily accessible and makes it easy for you to come to her whenever you have any questions or concerns. Couldn’t ask for a better leasing property!”

“North Mountain Village Apartments is a great place to live. The entire office staff is caring and friendly. The maintenance is pretty quick at addressing request. We haven't had a lot, but have never had to wait for any period of time. The residents here are awesome as well. They're very pet friendly and you can get a lot of exercise walking your pet. There's several amenities that make it great. They even offer gatherings for all residents and families at least twice a month. It's been a true blessing to live here. The location is great, close to lots of food and shopping.”

“I’ve been living at Derby for a month now and I have no complaints! I love the amenities, the leasing team, the housekeeping/maintenance. This apartment complex makes it feel like I am living in a high end hotel. It is always so clean and the staff and residents are so friendly. The parking is a little bit pricey for the apartment garages, but the alternative parking is a very close/safe walk, about 5 minutes. This is a great apartment complex, the best I’ve lived in so far.”

“The apartment complex is contemporary, clean and very nice. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our leasing specialist Aaron did a great job helping us get accommodated with the facilities and services, such as Rent Cafe. He was always nice and gave us a great tour of the apartment complex. Aaron kept in touch via email (or phone) and was available when we had any questions. I am glad my son lives there and would highly recommend the Elevation on Central to anyone moving to the Phoenix area. I am a Creighton Graduate (medical school) and recommend the Elevation on Central to Creighton Med students who need an apartment while in Phoenix.”

“I moved in the beginning of October and from the first time, my experience with the apartment complex and the staff had been amazing. The complex itself is well maintained and beautiful, I love the smart home app. It makes life easier. The staff goes above and beyond for you, the neighbors all seem nice and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Lydia, and she exceeded my expectations. She stayed on top of my application and in close communication with me. Any time I have a maintenance issue, it is handled within that same week, if not the next day. I've lived in many parts of phx, and this is by far the best apartment complex I've visited. “This is my second time living in Roosevelt Row apartments and I love it! Great amenities, office employees, and maintenance men. We had a clogged garbage disposal that left some gross film in our sink that I was totally prepared to clean after it was fixed, but the maintenance men even scrubbed the sink before leaving. 10/10.”

“I looked at many apartments in the area for my son who was moving from California to Phoenix for his school and by far Jadyn Gordon was the best leasing agent out of all the places we looked. She was very helpful. Complex is wonderful but people like Jadyn make it very easy to take a decision of moving in a complex knowing that there is someone taking care of the place. We signed up the lease 2 months before we moved in but Jadyn was always in touch with us with any information we needed. Maintenance guys are wonderful and show up in no time to fix the problem, We were stressed because we were moving from California and Jayden made it very stress free for us.”

“I have been living at this apartment for over 3 years now. I am placed in a 1 bedroom low-income apartment. Besides needing a bit of touch-up here and there, which they are amazing on doing work orders, I'm happy with the place. My biggest complaint has to be the size of the kitchen. Barely any room to cook, let alone store food. For the low price of 1,300$* It's not bad, just stay indoors after dark”

“These apartments are beautiful, Frances was absolutely wonderful she got me an apartment within like a week or two. The only downside is you have to do laundry within the apartments. “I have been living at La Serena for about seven months now. I like my apartment, and I enjoy the general comfort and view from my balcony. The location is convenient, and in general I've found the neighborhood nice and the rent to be fairly good for the area.I have had my ups and downs with the front office, maintenance, and pest control, but they've been making an honest effort and that goes a long way. I think my biggest issue overall is that I don't feel like my apartment was inspected as well as it should have been after being renovated. But, issues are being resolved, and I'm hopeful things will continue in that direction.Overall, a comfortable place to live.”

“This is one of the nicest and safest apartment complexes you could live at. It is always kept clean and the stores are in walking distance.There is a maintenance man there named Kenny who is serviced our apartment a number of times. He is quick to get there very efficient and knowledgeable as well as courteous. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There’s something I forgot to add, when you call the office the ladies that manage this apartment complex are just amazing they get things done and are so pleasant to deal with.”

“Love living here, I prefer smaller communities vs the bigger ones. I enjoy how close this is to all the little coffee shops and restaurants, but it’s not too close where you get a lot of traffic. Staff are great as well, I’ve gotten to know them, the new people seem to care a lot more than previous places I’ve lived at. Every place has its own pros and cons but I honestly enjoy living here. The homeless situation around here isn’t to bad, I’ve seen the maintenance guy chase them off but they generally don’t try anything from what I’ve seen, and I feel safe. This place is better than my last 2 down town apartments, I’ll probably stick it out here for a while.”
