Where do I begin this Aspen Dental was phenomenal. Starting with the front desk Cassie and Maddie. Very professional and efficient. Front managers Sabrina and michelle. Sabrina I worked with and she went above and beyond. My dentures were covered by my insurance and I never thought that was possible. I have to give a shout out to Jackie Dental assistant Jacob and very important Monica that made my teeth and did such a fantastic job Dr Pai. I am very happy this Aspen is where to go they treated me like a star. I am very picky about customer service and they definitely did their job thank you Aspen Dental,Kelly Oliver

Aspen Dental has an amazing staff!! Dr was very informative and more then willing to help me in any way I needed. Sabrina and Michelle assisted me with ANY financial questions I had and didn't pressure me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. And Kennan and Casandra made it very welcoming while waiting for the dental assistant to take me back. The dental assistants were very sweet and gentle with everything they did.Office is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S.

Winton for a for a supposed free consultation about getting some dentures or implants doneGot there took x-rays talking to the actual dentist and the assistance. Explain exactly what I wanted was looking for and the reasons whyUpon finishing up and talking with the assistant, going over next steps and costs, they informed me that if I wanted to pull my teeth and get dentures and or implants in the actual dentist, was refusing to help me, I would have to go somewhere else, but they wanted to set up more appointments to fix a tooth that was hurting. I stood up and walked out. There were certain things I needed done want it done in the long run would be better for me, but she absolutely refused to help and told me to go someplace elseBut then charged my insurance for the x-rays and everything elseNothing but a money grab for them that was all it was

Went to Aspen dental for 4 years and had a gum infection hygienist told me it was just gingivitis i had this go on for multiple years from being told to go to a doctor and then a specialist for a small bump on my gums i went to a different aspen location and ended up finding out i needed 2 root canals and caps because i wasn't a priority. Now this time around i make a cleaning for my husband and I and here i am being charged for something myn insurance covers but wont cover because Aspen won't send the xray files to my insurance and i have to be the middle person to connect them when my insurance had reached out multiple times by phonecall and email. To find out Aspen overcharged me $350 and wont do anything to correct it or even respond to my insurance. I do not recommend Aspen unless you want to have alot of struggles with communication. Also just found out i was told 6 minths ago if i dont fix a tooth with a cavity it will need a root canal within 4 weeks i finally went to a different dentist and they showed me there was nothing wrong with that tooth not even any decay. All adpen wants is your money and its not okay to be doing this!

I went to Aspen Dental since I’m new to the area and I saw they had a new patient special. The staff were rude except for 1 women at the front desk. The dentist I saw was complaining to the hygienist about another dentist that works there the entire time she was doing my exam. When I got done they told me I needed a special cleaning because my teeth and gums were so bad. The special cleaning would cost $2000. I went to another dentist less than a week later, they told me my teeth were perfect and gum tissue was very healthy. I didn’t need any additional cleaning or services. I wouldn’t recommend Aspen to anyone.

Aspend dental was great. I went to the arrowhead location. They got me in same day and the receptionist was great. The blonde at the desk was really fun and outgoing. She made me feel very welcomed. The wait was not long at all. The xray tech was great and so was the provider I saw. Everyone was super friendly. When I was pulled back to go over the financial portion of the visit I was educated on my benefits and not just told what I owe. The financial counselor was great and friendly. Very easy going and helped me understand what I needed to pay and when. I usually dread going to offices for appointments but I honestly enjoyed the visit and the experience I was given. Thank you!

We have had the best and easiest experience with Aspen Dental. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left the atmosphere and mood was nice. We left with appointments scheduled and will have my new denture and partial by the end of the month. I'm so excited to have teeth again!!

The office staff was condescending and rude when their office is rescheduling me for the second time; finally got a call back from a diff person in the front that they didn’t need to reschedule for my cavity but for my cleaning as they “weren’t aware” I had a cavity; despite me telling them the first time I called and when my appointment was changed. Was told the appointment would be an hour later than I was originally booked and then received a text with the original time? The office lady also decided to called me “sweetheart” instead of my name as listed and hung up without saying goodbye. I don’t know when a grown woman in customer service decided that calling me anything other than my name is acceptable; especially as a 30 year old woman who pays my copay but she’s very lucky I’m not trashy like she is or she would’ve been called a cute little nickname instead of her name too. Instead after following through with my current appointments I’ll just change offices. Trash customer service; go to an office on the west side instead.

Cassie and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Cassie, in particular exhibited a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated a deep understanding of her role and a genuine passion for making customers feel valued.

If I could give them no stars then I would. I get there today just to find out that I cannot have my appointment because no voicemail messages weren't ever sent to me that I had to transfer records from one Aspen to theirs, and so I had wasted my time going there and also my appointment time that they had given me was 10 a.m. and I was told that my appointment was actually 3:30 pm unknowingly. It was changed. They had changed my appointment without letting me know until I had gotten there at 10 am just to find out that no voicemails voice messages were ever left for me about any of these two situations. I would not recommend to anybody to go back to this location.

Went in for a problem tooth, they did an exam on the whole mouth which was fine. but then refuse to do anything to help the tooth that is causing pain and needs pulled until I do the root canals and fillings, etc. they want. they're leaving my broken tooth to get infected and refuse to help because I can't afford to pay to do the entire treatment plan all at once and just wanted to start with the cause of the pain. they pressure you to open a credit card, and then if you can't get approved for it, tell you that you're out of luck if you can't pay it all. total rip off and they don't care about the well being of their patients
