AT&T overall is useless and no one associated has any sense of customer service or integrity.
I was charged for a tablet on my account. A tablet I don’t actually have and no one can do anything except send me here or there and then somehow NO ONE actually is able to help but I’m promised a refund at each store and per each call to the AT&T customer service via their website or a phone call. I’ve been waiting months on this refund and yet no one ever has the authority or ability to do it.
If you’re thinking of switching to AT&T, save your money. First Net is a joke too.

If I could I would give it 0 stars as we came into store to set up internet we made the deposit then iPad crashed. The gentleman helping us was lost he called his boss but his boss was no help kept sending him to voicemail then finally answered and was not willing to help. He couldn’t proceed without charging us another 50.00 which we didn’t have so we left with nothing and minus are money. This is what we get for switching from Verizon who we where with for 9 years I’m lost for words

I walked into AT&T right before closing had billing issues and lots of questions about upgrading my phone and Wi-Fi add-ons Noah worked with me and was an excellent employee. Very patient answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely need more Noah’s working for AT&T.

Best customer service ever: Sam, Noah and Paris are awesome to work with. They have resolved many, many billing and phone issues that I have had as a result of another location. These three are so amiable and so efficient with customer service, a true asset to the corporation.

I stopped in because I had dropped my phone, I thought this was going to be a major headache and time.consumming . Austin made it super easy to warranty my phone. He filled out info for me. I just had to wait a few days for it and ship back my old phone . It was simple, and I was in and out. THANK you, Austin ! This is now my favorite store . It's further than the others, but it's worth it for great customer service.
