David was Wonderful in assisting me with a no pressure understanding of the various phones. I totally feel I was given the tools needed to make an educated decision of the phone that best services my needs. Great Young man, super knowledgable. This is the type service I wish everybody follow. His Talents would be better suited as your Corporate Head Trainer. He is a keeper by any means necessary. David Thanks for the full experience.

Customer service messed up my trade in over the phone. David (store manager) took care of everything. Super helpful and I highly recommend this location.

Overall experience was really great! The staff was very helpful in helping me get what I needed and thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. They got me up and running quickly and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I was initially just going to buy the phone through the AT&T app, but honestly glad I came in the store!

Don’t understand why the agents here want to tell you one thing and find out it isn’t even true. Contradicting information for sure. Really don’t want to be with a company that does that. I know I can’t be the only one this has happened to.

I had a great experience at this location. Jenny gave me excellent service and also her boss David on 8/13/2025. Jenny helped me setup my husband's I pad and did a good job. David was very helpful as well. Both were very professional and polite. Both were aware of their stores current promotions.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AT&T store. I came in to make a change to my account and was told that because I wasn’t buying anything, they couldn’t help me. It’s frustrating to be treated like my time doesn’t matter just because I’m not making a purchase. I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer, but this kind of service makes me reconsider. If you’re not spending money, don’t expect support here.

Joke of a cellphone service.
First Net isn’t worth it either.
No one even managers seem to know how to do anything other than tell you to go to another store or call customer service— and of course customer service tells you to go to a store because they can’t do anything over the phone.
The amount of headaches the company as a whole has caused me is absurd.
The amount of times I’ve been promised a refund for a tablet I never received but was charged for is also significantly more absurd.

Had to go in to figure out an issue with a phone. We were greeted by the manager David, who in my opinion is a Rockstar as far as I'm concerned. Before he even started going down the rabbit hole that our issue was... He turned off the NBA finals that was playing on their TV, signed into his Netflix account and put on Boss Baby for the little one. MY GUY starts off with a W! Then he proceeded to go above and beyond. Trying one thing after the next, touching every base, exhausting all options. Although we couldn't get the issue completely resolved, we were more than satisfied with the service we received.

Yanelcy was a total rockstar. She was the only one working with a store full of several customers less than an hour before store closing. She helped everyone out kindly, professionally, and with a smile on her face. She made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and resolved, and was a pleasure to work with!

I was offered a free I16e phone in this store. I accepted even though it meant paying $50 more per month service charges. The sals person Jenny was transferring my data to the new phone. It was going to take a long time so she said I could do something else because it would take an hour. I said I would be back by 7pm. I went shopping and returned at 6:45pm. She had already left, without telling me that she wouldn’t be there although the store would be open till 8pm. Another person in the store finished her job. Two days later the phone had a problem so I called her. She acted like it wasn’t her problem. She was rude. I was able to fix the problem myself so I didn’t go back to the store. I don’t feel that I would get help by her. I may look for another provider for my two cell phones. I don’t like it when sales people encourage me to buy something but don’t help after they made their sale. I wouldn’t shop at that store again. I will look for another provider.
