My account is managed by son. Yesterday he went in to add a phone to an opened line on our account. Juana assist. She misunderstood what we asked and added a line. For whatever reason, my son had to come pick me up to verify. Turns out, I didn't need to be there. The employee that was with her... I didn't get her name but wore glasses and brunette shoulder length hair. She was helpful with Juana, but not with us. She was accusing my son of not explaining what we were wanting, and making faces to us from the back of the room. Literally staring at us. No other customers were in the store. Then she had Juana tell us to call 611 to fix her error. Terrible customer service. I've been in this store before and dealt with polite and helpful employees, but this time, I have never felt so uncomfortable.

Store is kinda hidden in the back parking lot beside Ranch Market.of.. Employee Elvis is super friendly and professional. Got a new Apple Cosmic Orange 17 Pro Max for only $2.99 more a month for 36 months. I'm locked into a new 36 month contract but I've been with AT & T for 30 years so a new contract is not a big deal.

Let me share my experience with AT&T. As a Business Manager, I have no time for downtime with my device. We recently signed a business agreement with AT&T. It did not go well with my device; I waited a whole week for AT&T troubleshooters and their supposed IT techs, and they couldn't activate my phone. It was ridiculous. After a week and four techs, I walked into this store, and a young man named Andy fixed my phone in under five minutes (that's including the verification process). THANK YOU, ANDY!!! Somebody give him a RAISE!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Kids there have no clue what they're doing. Save yourself the headache and potential raise in your bill and just go elsewhere.
