I heard this was a corporate AT&T store.
Maybe AT&T has gotten so big that they just don't care about customers. It seems like every time I go to this store, they just can't help you with anything other than to try and sell you a new Pricey phone. I switched to AT&T from T-Mobile about 3 years ago, and they were very, very nice, but turns out when I got a billed that were billing me at something we did not agree to. It took almost 6 months to correct it. New managers had to come in to fix what the previous manager had done to us. Apparently, he had done that to many customers; overcharged them. The new managers were apologetic. But we we're offered nothing for our troubles. As soon as my contract is over. I will be leaving them and never bother going to AT&T store especially this store (67th ave and Peoria) or having anything to do with a
AT&T.

Melanie was totally awesome. Came in with all kinds of problems on my mom's account. She was so patient and took her time with helping me. My mom's phone was old as dinosaurs. Sho took her time and hooked me up.

I switched over from cricket on the 27th of December 2014 the store manager was swamped she had no help and was sick with the flu, she was kind and courteous to everyone she took care of everyone there were customers who surprised her with food & coffee from Starbucks because she was going to work through lunch. I came back after getting myself and my granddaughter I phones she made everyone happy while working sick I feel this employees worked above and beyond to satisfy all customers she should be considered an asset and example to other employees should emulate we give her 5 stars very as well. And because she was by herself some people left she definitely needs help

I just want to say thank you to Melanie for all her help these past couple weeks. She has gone above and beyond to help me not only with the upgrade and my business account but making sure I can get logged into my Uber account. Lol. That's not apart of her job at all but she has done incredible work with a smile on her face every time and this past time I came in she had like 10 to 15 people coming in and out needing help and she is the only person working in the store she was taking numbers down so she could call them when it was their turn to come back this woman has great customer service skills and really knows what she is doing

I have been an at&t customer for 18 years. Recently I had to split my plan away from my ex husband's account and decided to stay loyal and started my new plan with my kids and I. Melanie Montez is the store manager and in all my time with At&t I have never had such excellent service. Melanie is well versed in all cell products and extremely service oriented. This little store is extremely busy but Melanie does and exceptional job at juggling multiple customers and their needs at once. I came in today because my bill didn't show all the promotions and Melanie was able to assist me and had my bill corrected. While here we encountered a difficult customer that unfortunately was unkind to hearing that she would be helped as soon as the two customers before her were taken care of. Melanie handled the situation with poise and professionalism. At&t is very lucky to have such an invaluable Manager working for them!

Was having a very hard time navigating through changes in my phone and Melanie was very patient and kind in solving my problems.
Had a difficult time yesterday with the other worker to get my data transferred over so I came back today to speak with Melanie. She did a great job and accomplished what I needed.

The lady Melanie that helped me messed up my whole account and with AT&T and DirecTV she gave me product that she says it's free and it is not because I still have to pay for 36 payments on top of that I went back to talk to her to have things change back to the way they were and she told me she could not do it because it does not exist I feel like I got hustled in the Peoria store at 67th and Peoria next to Starbucks I recommend that you do not go there cuz she did not help me she made my bill even worse I'm trying to work it out with AT&T customer service go at your own discretion

Melanie was excellent! She was super fast and super friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough. I had been out of service for going on 2 days and had been to another store before going to hers but she fixed my issue right away. Love her.
