I am at AT&T and was very pleased with the service they were very professional and outgoing the 75th Ave. and Bell is one of the best locations around for help I’ve been to other places and they were simply the best Sophia personally helped me was very helpful and I also was helped by Adrian and she was outstanding both were very kind very caring and explained the situation to me and I felt very comfortable knowing that I was heard and my answers would be soon answered very outstanding employees

Arrowhead AT&T location on Bell and 75th Ave is my favorite because the staff has helped me many times. The wait is typically short and the facility is clean and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating.

Answered all my questions, great deals. The transfer from tmobile to at&t smooth and hassle free. So thankful to manager and the young man helping her transfer all our info from our old service provider. 🥰 My Family and I are Glad we made the change.Thank you Adrian and young man for your help.

We walked in and the manager Mark was rude the moment we walked though the doors. Mark was so rude and kept on saying how it was our fault instead of helping us and essentially saying how we did wrong and denying us service.

Came here to port a phone back to AT&T after less than 24 hours as a Verizon customer (seriously, VZW service is ABSYMAL in the valley). I was greeted and helped immediately. The whole process was extremely efficient and I walked out in less than 10 minutes, happy to be back as an AT&T customer!

I went in the store today to purchase the new iPhone 16 pro. Cash in hand. Not one person acknowledged me. After about 10 minutes I finally left.
