I had such an amazing experience getting my new car here! Tyler & Coop were so helpful, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident in my purchase. You can really tell they care about their customers — highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

My son and myself bought a car here, 3 days later the check engine light came on. Took it to their repair facility and they “fixed” it. Came back on again a couple days later. Same code. Repaired again by the repair facility. 6 weeks later no license plate. No trust in Coop or Tyler to remedy this. Buyer beware. BTW, when we were approved they wouldn’t tell us what amount we were approved for. Should have been my first clue to run. Also the brake lights did not work when purchased. This is a safety/legal concern. They state that they do an inspection, but do they? Coop had no answer when I pressed him on how this passed inspection.

My review is not with the reps that helped me when I first got the car. They were great and so was the service.
Here is my problem. The same exact day that I purchased my car the check engine light came. Then each week after my car would shake really bad upon starting. I spoke with them about this and bought the vehicle in. They’d stated they found no issues. I get the car back same thing, car still shakes when I get it and then starts to cut off. I call and let them know that it’s still doing the same thing and the man tells me they fixed that issue and replaced my back left light bulb. I let him know that this is incorrect because they told me before nothing was wrong with my car.
After I say this he proceeds to tell me the fuel pump isn’t covered and this was never mentioned to me the first time I stated that I had this issue with the car. After speaking about what didn’t get resolved last time and what wasn’t replaced he proceeds to tell he to bring the car in and they’ll take care of it.
I dropped off my car on 10/20 and went a while week of Lyft rides to and from work. I knew that it was be at least 1-2 days but not an entire week! I call today on 10/27 and ask for an update on my car, just to be told; “oh you car is ready, you should’ve got a text”.
I get off work and catch a Lyft to TRUE FIX to get my car just to be sitting there waiting and be told that they can’t find my car key and the mgr isn’t answering the phone for them to find them! Now here I am $40 later going home after paying $26 to get there. Then was asked to come back tomorrow! I’m beyond frustrated, this is expensive and unacceptable! I wish I never would’ve got a car from here, this inconvenience is costing me too much money. I’ve literally spent my car note in two days and double that last week!

Worse place to get a car/loan, I didn’t know any better and got stuck with 25% interest rate, can’t wait to refinance with another company and never doing business with them again. Mind u this was my 2nd car with this company so u would think they would give me a better deal but they really don’t care besides sticking u with bad terms. They removed a lot of coverage off their “warranty”. I would not recommend no one to come here, try American first credit union, they have better rates

Auto auction was a smooth process, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to pick out a car. Tyler did a great job with showing me a few cars until I found the one I wanted. I appreciate the time and patience he had with me because I asked questions like no other.
