if you're not going to be open at the listed times then change them. here on 8-1-2024 at 7:24 a.m. and nobody is here to open and the doors are locked. is the manager too lazy to come and open the store??

Employee name Hipolyow, I have purchased a battery with 3 years warranty 6 months ago the battery stop charging so i came here to replace the battery because still under warranty he told me the battery is less than year old so he have to charge it till the morning and my car is dead at the highway and if didn’t charge the he will think to replace it I’ve been dealing with autozone for longer than 11 years this my first time get treated like this unprofessionally not friendly at all and he makes his on role I asked to show me the policy that says he have to charge it first he says thats his on policy

Overall I like the company, but I really don't enjoy going to visit my local closest one. The simple reason why is they aren't very helpful. They can't answer a simple question. I came in for a part. I asked if they had it. They looked it up and said no. I asked 'Do you know when you'll get it back in stock?' The representative didn't have any clear answer, they recommended me to the nearby competitor (whom I knew didn't sell it). Then they recommended I go to a junk yard. When I asked which one, they never gave me a name or any recommendations on where to go. I ended up looking it up on Amazon and found the part for cheaper than anyone had quoted me. This wasn't the first time they gave me this run around, no real answer. Sorry, guys, but you are really in need of retraining of your customer service. You might not realise it but We Matter!
