Doors locked at 8:45 pm saying that they’re closed for our system update but yet they were helping customers inside the store, but wouldn’t let nobody else in The employee was very rude when he explaining it The store location at 43rd and cactus

They are the best and have been helping me get all my parts I need and making sure that none of them are fake like the ones on Amazon watch out just because the price is lower or the same or even more than what most places sell it for it could be fake always buy stuff from a well known retailers

I love all the car accessories! The have the coolest chandelier for your mirror. They also have a lot of add ons and stickers. The also have a lot of micro tools. You can order parts online and then pick them up from the store. Make sure that store has what you need. You might need to go to more than one. The employees are usually nice but you can get a rude or jaded person. But we all ha e bad days. If anything tell the manager. But I have always had helpful people.

First off terrible customer service. Over the phone service complete garbage. I called to verify status for battery charging. Twice the young man over the phone put me on hold twice. AutoZone quit dropping the ball on this. Hire people that care about their jobs. Not just a pay check. The company values are not present anymore. AutoZone once held the highest in customer services. It shows that AutoZone doesn't really care about the people anymore.

Corporate has to change policy, I had bought Dorman exhaust manifold hardware kit. And lost the receipt and cannot get store credit!

I called this store for a part when I left the house, I stayed on hold for 27 minutes and never received help, I’m in the store currently and someone called and got help right away, I am not satisfied with this service at all. I hope to see improvement in the future.

Angel was super helpful and did a great job. Checked the battery, found out it was bad and then recommended a solid replacement. Even helped with the install. Great job guys 👍🏾

Fast and convenient location and super nice counter people. Just need to play something other than Spanish music all the time.
