The gentlemen this evening were both wonderful; Lou held the door and helped me with my oil disposal and the other gentleman assisted me with my return very quickly with great customer service , my only concern was the music playing in the store , it was very depressing.
Hope to hear more upbeat music on my next visit !

Purchased windshield wipers a few ago at the Grand Auto Zone location. Every time I used them they kept flipping over. Came in to 67th Ave and Peoria Auto Zone and Simon and his crew helped me resolve the issue!!!! The wiper blades were the wrong size. You all rock!!! Rule of thumb if you need to use Auto Zone for anything go to 67th Ave and Peoria location. They know their stuff!!!!

The manager can come off as grouchy to some but other than that this location is quiet, clean, fast service, employees are nice.

I want to rate 0 star , but it won’t show , i gave them , the vin number they charged me the part and they made me wait next day , wrong part!!!
Again i go order again they say we will fix it i did wait again, same thing wrong parts , please go buy somewhere else.

I had a tail light go out on my Lexus, and when I tell you Lu went above and beyond, I mean it in every sense of the phrase! He achieved the impossible and navigated pulling out, identifying and screwing back in a teeny lightbulb positioned in the most narrow and inconvenient corner of the car. I’m not sure what Lexus was thinking, but I’m so glad Lu figured it out. A true hero, and I mean that! Excellent customer service, quite literally saved my tail!

Generally when I go there, customer service is decent, but this last time was not the case, I went to check and replace my car battery, and first I was “attended” by someone named Lu S., very rude, and mannerless, barely talked to me, just mumbling a few words, telling me he won’t check my car’s engine as I parked“too far” from the store(just a few feet away within store parking), I explained that the reason was the battery was dead, he just turned around and went back to the store.
Fortunately I went to see another worker, an old man, very professional and attentive, he checked my battery quickly and confirmed the issue and replaced it right away, I wish I could remember his name just to recognize and rate his service with 5 stars(I believe his name is Smith, but not sure)

Lu S. was super chill and got right to me with no hesitation. I will definitely recommend his service to anyone he was the only one working while his other coworkers where trying to hide from customers

Excellent service. Lu and Rudy looked up the warranty and replaced my battery while being very friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work. Simon the manager was friendly and engaging, also making the experience that much better, except he likes pineapple on pizza. I've been an AutoZone customer for many years and this particular location, because of great employees, will be my go to for years to come. Great job and thank you.

Great customer service. Went in for battery, just made it to Autozone with a Jumpstart. They went out to look at what exactly was my vehicle since I couldn't provide all details they were asking. They installed the new battery and made sure I was good and running.
