I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Soida was so helpful and had the best customer service I've received at a Bank of America. I don't think I'll ever bank anywhere else & they need more employees like her.

The staff is very slow and the tellers are rude.i waited almost 20 minutes in line with 3 ppl ahead and two tellers working just to be told I couldn't use my bofa card and I had to use the atm which I was informed in the same breath that it was broken.i don't know how this branch operates on weekdays but on weekends they suck.

There should be no reason it's only 3:09pm and there's this long of a line with only one teller this is ridiculous. There was even people behind me ! This is the type of customer service that would make a person not want to bank with you anymore. Plus the drive through atm never works. This is outta control

I deposited the insurance check which was drawn from Bank of America. So this is their own funding. Hour and a half in line and they said everything's OK and check is verified since it's their own funds. Now I get a message saying there's a two day hold on. Do they really have to verify that they actually have their own money in the bank. It's absolutely ridiculous and I will be canceling my account I've never seen such shoddy business and my life. This is 2020 it's a five second digital verification Bank of America has their own Bank of America funds in the bank. They just want to hold the money for two days to try to get interest off of it. Imagine when they do this to over 100,000 people for $200 interest that's a lot of money they're ripping people off. Liars and thieves

There's nothing worse then rude employees who literally laugh at you when you show up for an appointment scheduled by their call center, and are told that you have to come back 3 days later because they don't accept appointments 30 minutes before closing. It not even busy in the bank, they employees are just lazy & rude! The branch blames the call center but at the same time tell you to call the branch but you can't reach the branch, because they don't take phone calls but you can leave a message which they might return within 2-3 business days Don't bank here if you expect to be treated respectfully let alone professionally! Sadly B of A makes Chase Bank look friendly.

Worst run Bank in my 40yrs of Banking. Where to start. The Bank manager walks around the bank with a iPad she never once looks at. Idiot!!!. The stalk you at the door coming in. I specifically asked the bank manager why you never have any help enter answer to me was oh they'll be here in 15 minutes lady I don't want to spend 15 seconds in this Bank maybe Bank of America District management people should read the reviews because this bank is the worst rated Bank in the city and it's got the manager to prove it

Non-existent customer service. A bunch of morons who do not know the meaning of the word "appointment". They encourage customer to make an appointment for a customize and personalize service and then they don't honor the time themselves. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and not seen until 10 minutes pass my time. They gave away my 12:30 time slot to someone else. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the guy had the audacity to tell me that I should make an appointment when I WAS his 12:30 appointment. Then proceeded to argue that he did not skip me over. Ignorant and rude! I'll be shopping for a different financial institution that can provide a better customer service.

Horrible customer service. 5 registers. 2 tellers. 3 bankers hanging out in an office watching the line of 8+ people. If it wasn't that my company name here....never AGAIN!!!!

Always 1 teller when there's literally 7 people in line. . They never even acknowledge your wait time. How about "I'll be right with you" You really need to start hiring more people.

Awful awful awful. I went in to ask about my new atm card set up. They just wanted me to self set up on the atm. This is fine. I was leaving the bank and the manager extended his hand to shake mine I did not shake his hand cause I had motor oil on my hand . He said to me is that how it is and I replied yes that is how it is . He called out in the bank and said that is the most disrespectful man. I respect great service and helpful folks. These resources are not present at this bank. This branch needs customer service training badly. Their leadership is Juvenile and the comments are not received by me.

If I can give this place ZERO stars, I would!!! Worst customer service! They have one teller with a line of 15 people deep! CRAZY! Will not be coming back! Ali is awful as well!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked in at 4:35 pm 15 people in line with just one teller. 1 receptionist sitting on the front desk just looking on the web at junk. She provides NO customer service whatsoever, unfriendly and with an attitude. The only reason I come to this branch is to pay a bill, otherwise I would NEVER set foot on this place. I wonder how they even stay in business. Not even worthy of one star.

This location doesnt even deserve a star. The branch has only 1 Teller and 1 Banker working on a saturday! Really! Come on! The wait in line was almost an hour long and this is just as bad as calling customer service and waiting to speak with someone. REDICULOUS!!

Can someone help!? One teller and another employee at the front- why pay someone to sit up front when you could pay another teller to help the customers in line? A manager can be up front, and add another teller. Or the teller can be up front when there is no line, just some suggestions.
