I had bought some gifts that I needed to exchange as well as a candle that I received in the mail that had shattered on a corner. I went to exchange them. I learned that in the stars is a candle day exclusive.. good to know, but was able to exchange it for another lavender candle. Evelyn was helping me out at the register and she was being assisted by a manager, she was super cautious about the process and sweet. The manager was also helping another customer and the customer quickly questioned why the stress candle was 1/2 off and he said that he believed it was the only one, it’s due to the label. He explained the difference regarding the gold label.Then the customer said there’s more and said wait please and grabbed 3 more.. she was so happy.. I have been to other bath and body works but this one is my favorite because the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make customers happy.Thank you for accepting my returns, I had the receipts.You all just are so sweet

I really like the friendly staff who always let me know about discounts that are available. I appreciate the reminders to check my bath& body works account to see if I have any offers. The sales and offers are fantastic.

Everyone was so nice full of smiles very helpful they were very helpful to my daughter who is in wheelchair I just can't say enough about them and the sale was amazing they greeted u at their door with a bag to hold ur candle's asked if you needed help I wish their were more places that treated you like they did.

Love bath and body works! Was in twice this past week. Once wS great, second time had some rude girls working there who acted like it was a chore to answer a question. 2 different bath and body works locations.

Everybody in the store working seemed to be very stressed out as soon as we walked in there. This lady named Reyna gave us dirty look and attitude when we were asking her about certain things. She clearly did not like working there, because not once did she smile at any other customers she was helping. I bought a bunch of products and swapped one I didn’t like. She almost measured it with a ruler like I was stealing. So unprofessional. The cashier that helped me was new and she couldn’t answer my questions. Not coming back to this store.

So many scents and wonderful ways to experience them, I can't wait to light my eucalyptus candle and use the eucalyptus and peppermint lotion on my temples... the store was well organized, well stocked and there staff was super professional

There was an amazing young man that helped us at Bath & Body Works today. We bought a lot of great things there today and very nice associates, but this gentleman stands out! I was looking for a hand sanitizer holder for my son. My daughter and her friend had no issue finding one but I couldn't find one my son would like. When I asked the associate where he got his astronaut he had hanging from his badge, telling him my son would like something like that; he took it off and handed it to me telling me to give it to him. I was completely taken back by the fact he would give us his own for my son who wasn't even there with me. It's people like him that give me hope in humanity still. Thank you for being an amazing person that shines in this world. This company is very fortunate to have you and I wish you only the best for the kindness you show to others. Thank you for making my day and my sons day. He loves it! I only wish I had gotten your name for this shout out!!!

First off, I do spend a lot of money at Bath and Body. That being said anytime I have a return I feel like I have committed some sort of crime. I typically always have the receipt, or it was bought online so it can be accessed by the store. I return very little. Yesterday I had 3 candles. I had the receipts for all 3. One was burned but I didn’t like the smell at all. I have never returned a used candle in my entire life!!! I was berated by this manager. She said, in a snarked tone, you let it burn this much before you decided you didn’t want it? Actually yes and I felt obligated to explain my story, when I shouldn’t have too. Anyway, I’m not sure if upper management tells them to be this way or if I have had a run of bad luck. I’m not a Karen at all, just trying to get what I paid for out of my stuff. She also said that I couldn’t exchange a wall flower that I bought by accident, it must have been in the wrong bin or something. She said the rules changed a year ago and they can only give me the lowest price. All I wanted was to exchange it, it wasn’t that old, I believe I bought it in June and I was just getting t the bottom of my supply and found the one I didn’t want.Sorry for being long winded but this whole thing had be fuming. Customer service is going down the drain. This is why people are buying online. I would do all my purchases online if it wasn’t August and candles arrive melted. I have done that before and met resistance on returning those with a receipt. General attitude of management in these stores is poor.On a good note yesterday at about 1:15 the girl that greats you was amazing. Great personality from the young people. Maybe they are the ones who should be given the higher titles.
