Went for a TMobile screen repair, ended up walking out without repair... screen busted, can't login to phone... they indicate they must login to repair... umm, duh.

Awesome service. Maria went above and beyond with her customer service to get my battery warranty for my watches at the Carson, NV store and was advised to call back on Monday because it would take too much time research and that a manager can assist at that time. Kudos to Maria for trying. Thank you Maria and I appreciate service.

I came in to get my phone repaired thinking it would be an extremely long process and very expensive. I left within the hour with a brand new looking phone for a lot cheaper than I expected. Great guys great place
