BR CAREFUL!! If you have a dog that can potentially bite when scared, do not take them here. I told them repeatedly that the dog I was bringing in wasn't mine and has a history of not liking to be forced. They said they've handled aggressive dogs before and it would be no problem. I recommend we wait for the owner to be available to which they pushed and said no, they could do it. Well vet got bit not even 5 minutes after taking the dog back. The vet said it was okay, not to worry but when I got home, there was a note from the the city on my door about a dog biting a human. Now my pets are being threatened to be removed from my home because I don't have any documentation on the dog I brought in that wasn't mine even though they know the dog wasn't mine. The dog locked up when vet came in but not when assistants did so bad vibes. I don't recommend if you have a sensitive or reactive dog.

Dr. Padgett was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. He approached things from a realistic and patient-centered perspective and made sure we understood all aspects of the treatment plan. He did not make us feel rushed in our appointment and spent time with us explaining things and answering questions. He called the next day to check on our elderly kitty and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining the findings from blood work. I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

Stephanie and Dr. Johnson were terrific! What I noticed and appreciated most was that everything I discussed with Stephanie prior to Dr. Johnson coming into the room had been passed on to him prior to him coming in to see Daisy. Stephanie did an excellent job of relaying all questions and concerns. In addition, both of them were great listeners.

I'm very disappointed to say that I am no longer a customer here. I've been going to this vet for years, and this last visit has forced me to look for another vet. There is no customer service here and no accountability for their mistakes. I came in for an ongoing issue with my dog and was talked into getting the expensive blood test, which was fine. Then, he was also due for vaccinations, which was also fine. We had discussed the pricing, which was more than I expected, and the tech knew I was concerned over this cost. NEVER allow a tech to give you an estimate on the computer. You have to ask them to print it out. The estimate was around $600, which was only shown to me on the computer, which included the blood work and the vaccinations, along with the other fees they charge. They took my dog back for the blood work, and he came back without vaccinations. My dog had had enough of being poked, so I knew what was next. He needed pills to sedate him so we could come back for those vaccinations. Totally understandable. An extra $40 was added to my bill. Fine, I paid it all and set up an appointment for the same time the next day for him to come back after taking those pills and get the vaccinations. I asked the tech about how long it would take because I couldn't miss work again, but I could swing this during my lunch. She said, "You should be in and out of here since you've already paid." So imagine my surprise when I came back, dog got his shots, and they asked me to pay an extra $120. I'm floored. Tears immediately came to my eyes. I paid $640, thinking that was the total cost of the blood work and vaccinations. At no point did anyone ever tell me those charges were removed. In fact, they said the opposite. What I don't understand is that no estimate ever said $700, so did the tech just not include those vaccinations in the original estimate? I saw it on the computer, but did she not check a box? Why are they giving estimates on the computer in the first place? If she had made a mistake and owned up to it, I would have paid it. They told me they gave me the receipt, and it does not have the vaccines on there. Like I should have known, insinuating that this was my error. When they gave me that paper, my dog was not having it anymore. I can't struggle with my anxious 60-lb dog and review a receipt. I trusted what we discussed was what was on that paper. This was absolutely an error on their end. Even if it were just a communication error, it was still theirs. You need to be clear on charges, especially if you supposedly removed them. What's sad is that this manager had an opportunity to make good and keep a customer, but even after hearing everything that happened, still asked me to pay the bill. I refused as this was their mistake, not mine. If that collection hits my credit, I will fight it as this charge was deceitful in nature. I can't partner who I can no longer trust and clearly lacks any compassion or understanding.

I absolutely love this place since day one of bringing my dog into their office. Only had one instance where the front desk person was rather rude, but it was handled in a timely manner. Everyone else I've had to deal with has been amazing.

Very positive experience, from making the appt. to leaving. Dr. Johnson and the vet tech (Danella?) were personable, pleasant and professional. Dr. Johnson even recommended I not incur the expense of some optional testing.

Doctors and Techs and all staff are phenomenal! Since it was bought out the prices have risen dramatically and I don’t think the company is great with employees because they seem short staffed and it’s harder to get an appointment. I’m still here but only because the staff is amazing.

Staff was so nice and they took amazing care of my kitten! Kept me updated and informed on everything. They have payment plans to help with those unexpected illnesses/accidents our fur babies can get.

We always had good experiences when our visits were routine - spay, teeth, checkups, shots. But when things turned complicated and took a turn for the worse, it was quickly apparent that we were not going to get the level of diagnostician necessary to treat her. We ended up at midwestern and blue pearl. I honestly wish places like this would stop calling themselves “hospitals” as that connotes specialized care, which they are not.

They are so kind, personable and knowledgeable...We haven't needed to go to a vet since 2017, and that's where we went and will continue to go. Same staff and same great service. And we take payments. Highly recommended from me..

I think Tori is an exceptional employee. She's kind, non judgemental, brings a great energy to the office. I felt like she really cared about my cat and me, for that matter. She's a keeper. I had 10 minutes with the vet, who was also nice and offered good advise and suggestions
