With a constant smile on her face and incredibly affordable prices, there is no excuse to settle for anything less than perfection when it comes to dressing for your size and body shape.\\n\\nI wholeheartedly endorse Better Look to anyone, whether they are from Scottsdale, Nogales, or Flagstaff. Took my baby dress to get dry cleaned and the girl didn’t say much but the price. When I came back the next day the lady was telling me I have to pay extra for the dress to be pick up next day. I ask why I wasn’t informed of this information and she said the she was young and learning ?

Super fast turnaround time! However, they will GET RID OF YOUR CLOTHES IF YOU DON’T PAY ON TIME. That’s why I gave only 1 star. I had a couple of expensive designer jackets that they either sold or gave away because I was unable to pay up front and didn’t attempt to pick them up until a couple of weeks later.

I’am amazed, very professional, Ms. Rubi Vazquez did it all. The request I gave her was very detailed. My wedding dress was handled meticulously and with outmost care. I will definitely comeback and do business with her, this should a 10 star rating and not just for her and her business but also her family.

Ruby is wonderful!! She made her people pick up my son's laundry, which was about 15 garbage bags full. In 24 hours they dropped it off clean following all wash/dry instructions. I didn't have to provide any detergents and hangers were free. She was very flexible with everything. Very reasonably priced too.

I asked for 2 pairs of jeans that were split by the pockets. Extensive tears and she did a wonderful fix and done by next day. Price was reasonable. I will be taking all my sewing needs to her. Thank you

Unfortunately it's the closest one to me.. Great price on the 8 loader which is really a 6 loader ..if you go mon thru Friday from noon until 6 pm. Other than that it's $2 more for the big one and $1 more for the 4/3 loaders ... Only 3 dryers in the whole place really work.. I guess it's okay if you don't have towels or blankets. Also when I've called to tell me the machine took my money.. they blamed me, even though 3 dryers worked just fine... They said the owner would check the machine at his convenience and if it was hot when he stuck his hand in, he would give me my money back. Of course it's hot when it's empty... So I just get screwed every time.. this only started a little while ago when they switched the dryers. Before that I had no complaints. If you have transportation.. I would recommend somewhere else

I needed some alterations for a dress I bought on Amazon for a quince and my boyfriends clothes too, they did such an amazing job on my dress!! Couldn’t even tell my dress has been altered unlike other places I’ve been to. The staff was super sweet and didn’t even charge me a rush fee for my first time there! I will definitely stop by again.

We were able to pick up a large load very next day. Everything was fresh and clean! Ruby is super personable and a pleasure to work with. She even fixed the zipper on one of our large tote bags which saved me from having to buy a new one!

Worst experience ever by the female tailor here. Brought 3 suits for tailoring and paid extra for a 48hr rush for completion. Tipped the gal 20% as motivation as well. Went on the agreed day and she hadn’t touched them. She said she thought they were for the next day. Didn’t offer my rush fee back and messed up one of my suits. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried another suit this weekend. She charged me way more than my previous suits and again it wasn’t on time. She even tried to blame me!! Never again with this tailoring service! DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!!

I was referred to this place by the place I bought my formal dress. I drop it off on a Friday the 4th. I needed it to be seamed at the bottom. So I payed and left it there. The lady tells me we will have it ready on Thursday the 10th. Thursday comes and I call around 10am since I was going to be close by. I talked to Rubi the owner. I say I am calling to make sure my dress is ready for me to pick up, she said when did you leave it? I say Friday. She followed by saying we don't have Fridays items ready. I said, the lady told me it would be ready on Thursday. She said I'll have it ready at 4. I get there Around 5. I get my dress and try it on in the bathroom. Very gross, I was afraid to get piss on my dress. So I tried it on quickly.I know nothing about sewing. However, they did such a horrible job. It was half fast job. I would not recommend this place to no one. In her description she says she love good quality doesn't like shortcuts. Not sure what happened here but I am not pleased and my honest opinion save yourself the trip and find a better tailor.
