had appointment with Lindsey, can I say the worst. she doesn't listen and is so bogged down with her word salads. It doesn't matter if you show her pictures she already has her calculator out finding different way to overcharge for her sub par services.
Her co worker had to cut my hair cause she she couldn't.
Kelly stepped in and was a god send, and I was grateful, BUT you know what the worst was, Lindsey and her three other co workers who sat at the desk laughing about it.
I actually parked right out front of the salon and Lindsey, and her two sidekicks sat there and actually laughed. They should be ashamed of themselves. Lindsey you need to continue your education and learn how to communicate and cut hair.
The other two who sat there and laughed was the blond with the shoulder length blond hair and the heavier set girl who where her hair tied up. If I knew their names I certainly would have posted it.
Shame on you three ladies who thinks that bad hair is funny. I hope you enjoyed your chuckle.
There is something to be said with the way the GEN Z communicates, that leaves alot to be desired.

Jason is a hair WIZARD! He talks you through the entire process and his color technique and blending are masterful. I’ve never been as pleased with my hair as I am right now thanks to Jason. He’s the only stylist I’ve been to that listens to what you want and actually does it. He’s extremely knowledgeable and wants you to have the best hair of your life- and not just in his chair. He set me up with some great products to keep my hair looking great between cuts. And he’s such a nice guy too!

This was my first visit. Savannah did a great job listening and then making my highlights and hair color in line with my needs. She is knowledgeable, professional and also pleasant to be around.

Pretty disappointed. I asked for a cool tone balayage with dimension. Ended up with gold highlights and an inch of roots. The stylist was very nice, but I wish she would have told me she didn't know how to do a balayage.....

I went for a trim and layer. I got there at 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment. Gracie took me right back trimmed my hair and cut in some layers. No washing my hair no products used, no hair spray, no water used. $ 52.00 dollars what !!! I was there 6 minutes in total.What a rip off.Service: Haircut

Savhanna has been my stylist for quite some time. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and pays attention to detail. She does exactly what I want and exceeds my expectations every time. The salon itself is gorgeous, clean and in a great location.
