Worst experience. Open an account get several welcoming calls from managers and offering the works yet immediately after can't get a manager on the phone. They lock you out and keep your money. Absolutely the worst customer service spoke to 4 people extremely unprofessional.

As a veteran and a business owner I STRONGLY discourage all businesses to NOT open up a business account here. They’ll lock/restrict your account with your current funds available, send back any incoming deposits and treat you like absolute criminals for using their mobile deposit app. They’ll lock your account for 15-30 days and it’s honestly ridiculous, I cannot wait to close my account with them and never return. The fraud department is SLOW and I mean that time wise and mentally. They’re rude and again if you’d like to be treated like a criminal bank with BMO

Single outside ATM is constantly broken or being serviced. No issues with inside bank services.

The teller is totally rude and not what one would call friendly. I had to come to three locations to cash a check. The first location said I will need to go to another branch as manager was not there yet , so why are you open? The second location was not able to cash it due to manager not having a override code. They sent me to Glendale location. Where I am currently being treated as I made the check. Customer service sucks at BMO it’s been the same consistent attitudes throughout all locations. Way to go guy’s!!

Worst bank and I would not go to this location at all. No interest in helping the customers. Even trying to make a simple payment with this branch impossible. They only except “cash” is what the manager said.. seems very unlikely a bank would not be able to properly process a debit transaction from a card. I would be very cautious going to this branch. There and more reputable locations available

Don’t waste your time this branch can’t even Except payments from Customers for a loan that is through BMO Harris. Worst bank experience and the managers explanation was a laugh and just that they can’t help. Worst bank

Charged me 5$ to withdraw cash, and for some reason they charged me an additional $2.50 for bank fee.. If u do not bank with them, do not use this ATM.

Heads up, ATM is drive through only. This should be designated on Google maps. Drive through ATM has nice modern touch screen with easy to read text and options including tap.
