Manager Mike (white old bald guy) is really rude does not know how to treat people good and said he won’t help cash a check because he couldn’t get a hold of the account owner and only called ONE TIME! i told him i have the owners number and can call him so he can answer the next bank call, that’s when he started to act out and didn’t even give me the chance to tell the owner that they called him and that i was at the bank trying to cash out a check he started to be rude, he doesn’t know how to listen people out and work with people he went straight to kicking me out the bank and saying he won’t give me service HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & EVEN MORE SAD THAT HE RUNS THE BANK AND IS MANAGER! I’m a district manager for a couple Cricket wireless stores and that right there was not manager material!

the manager at this location Named Mike discriminated my daughter and did not cash her check out because they supposedly needed to verify the business she works for which is CRICKET WIRELESS he lied to her saying they can’t do anything and not cash her check she is a hispanic and i believe because of her ethnicity he refused her services from what i know as long as you take a check with your name and your ID you should be good and get charged $10-$15 for cashing out in a bank being a non-member and that’s what my daughter did since at her bank it would take days to get her money and she needed her money ASAP! he didn’t allow her to call her boss and tell him that the bank had called him and he told her she was not allowed any service and told his worker that was helping my daughter out to not help her out. this is very unprofessional and my Daughter herself is also a manager and does not even treat her own customers like this guy did with her! i feel that you guys should know what you’re hiring before just putting anyone in a manager position. i understand being manager may not be easy but that was not a way to treat and talk to my daughter.

The tellers are wonderful, they go above and beyond to help me everytime. However, do not bank with BMO. Just save yourself the wasted time, believe me. The ATMs never work, the tellers and bankers don't actually have any sway with their system nor do they ever disclose 100% of the information until you lose out on something they promised you/promised to help you with. It's ridiculous to punish your customers while you cheap out on ATM machines and withhold rewards from your customers as much as you can let alone the taxes we pay for the rewards in the first place THAT THEY ALSO DO NOT DISCLOSE WITH YOU ? trust me, the tellers: yall are amazing, ignore everything, I appreciate you BMO as an entity? No different than Chase or Bank of America or Wells Fargo, just as dysfunctional and just as corporatized to keep profits high and costs low. Say goodbye to customer retention ? and hello to the end of banks because none of yall are in the business of helping people, your customers, or the community, just yourselves.

This bank is no good, went to the ATM last month and this month, could not get money out because the ATM was out of order, this past weekend I went again and it still not working, even the repair guy was there and said he couldn't get it work, what kind of repair people do they hire? He didn't even put a Out Of Order sign. Sad!

Freddy McCarty at Arrowhead Branch in AZ, helped me and my wife and he was very friendly and professional.On 05-10-23, I met Mr. McCarty again, this time he helped me with international wire transfer. He was patiently reviewing my transfer information and got the wire transfer done in minutes. It was a great experience for me at BMO Arrowhead Branch in AZ again! Thanks Mr. McCarty.On 06-10-23, I went to the same branch and I met Mr. Casey Kotchka who professionally answered my questions and it was satisfactory. Also the other 2 associates Julia and Jesse greeted me goodbye with sincere smiles, they both have professional services and I was very satisfied.

I highly recommend using Scott McCarthy. We called about an hour before closing about doing a wire transfer and Scott told us to come in and he would get it taken care and he did exactly that.

I posted this on another location: Great banking options and service! This was my first bank I went to 28 years ago when I moved to Phoenix. It has changed names from M&I bank to BMO Harris. Still the same excellent, fast, easy and fair banking I’ve ever had. Definitely go by any location and check out there banking options and open an account. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Went to this location yesterday to have papers notarized and it was quick and easy. Highly recommended

The worst bank ive dealt with in my life. Reps at the bank and Contact Center constantly provide conflicting information. Been getting incorrect information from branch and contact center for 6 months. Go anywhere else
