This bank is no good, went to the ATM last month and this month, could not get money out because the ATM was out of order, this past weekend I went again and it still not working, even the repair guy was there and said he couldn't get it work, what kind of repair people do they hire? He didn't even put a Out Of Order sign. Sad!

Freddy McCarty at Arrowhead Branch in AZ, helped me and my wife and he was very friendly and professional.On 05-10-23, I met Mr. McCarty again, this time he helped me with international wire transfer. He was patiently reviewing my transfer information and got the wire transfer done in minutes. It was a great experience for me at BMO Arrowhead Branch in AZ again! Thanks Mr. McCarty.On 06-10-23, I went to the same branch and I met Mr. Casey Kotchka who professionally answered my questions and it was satisfactory. Also the other 2 associates Julia and Jesse greeted me goodbye with sincere smiles, they both have professional services and I was very satisfied.

I highly recommend using Scott McCarthy. We called about an hour before closing about doing a wire transfer and Scott told us to come in and he would get it taken care and he did exactly that.

I posted this on another location: Great banking options and service! This was my first bank I went to 28 years ago when I moved to Phoenix. It has changed names from M&I bank to BMO Harris. Still the same excellent, fast, easy and fair banking I’ve ever had. Definitely go by any location and check out there banking options and open an account. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Went to this location yesterday to have papers notarized and it was quick and easy. Highly recommended

The worst bank ive dealt with in my life. Reps at the bank and Contact Center constantly provide conflicting information. Been getting incorrect information from branch and contact center for 6 months. Go anywhere else

$5 to withdrawal money if you don't have an account. That's the most I have EVER heard. Never going to any BMO. That's a ridiculous fee. I can only imagine what you charge you're clients

I just closed the account with another bank and came with them so far I have no problem but I'm giving 3 stars because I touch by my short experience with them they only appreciate the business account and the customer cause I saw that in front of eyes.

Don't expect a Bonus. Opened up an account with them about 5 months ago with their "Free $200 bonus". Went INTO this store, to insure that all the terms and conditions for the credit were explained to me. I was told that 2 direct deposits of $500 needed to be made, and that a form needed to be filled out. "So there are no minimum per month charges, anything else I need to do? Wow that's easy". I was told there was not, but you need to wait 4 months to get your credit. I'm like sure, seems like a long time but whatever. 5 months later I call them and I'm like, everything alright? "Sorry you have to make 10 card transactions within 90 days to qualify for this bonus" "I'm sorry what? I specifically asked if this was the case, and was told I had to do absolutely nothing but make those deposits and go into the branch to fill out paperwork" So just a fair warning, banks that will employee BLATANT bait and switch techniques should not be trusted with your money.

Customer Service (800#) are dumber than a box of rocks but the employees here at this branch are nice and helpful. Be patient because they basically have no teller right now so their desk employees pretty much handle those duties while trying to handle their personal banker duties.

I opened up a checking acct and one of the bankers Ashley actually told me I would be able to get back the money I was depositing ( all the money I had $100 for food and diapers for my children) before I left.. Well then after I give her the money everything started to change quick!! At this point I had a savings now that I was mislead to thinking I only needed to have $100 dollars in there at all times to waive the $5 monthly fee or $25 transfer from checking to savings a month and I would get $50 promotion well that was not the case at all!! I had to have $1000 dollars in there at all times and she said " that was my bad" and then her supervisor had to sign a document stating I wouldn't be charged the $50 to close the acct which was absurd and mind you all of this was done without any signatures at this point... Then she said I was not able to do anything get my money or anything without signing the papers... This experience was horrible and now 4 hours later I'm still here at the branch with my children trying to get my Money!!! I really pray that they figure something out and I def will never refer anyone here because now that it was their mistake I'm getting an attitude which is ridiculous!! But in the beginning when I said I needed a checking they were all nice... This is so upsetting like seriously I'm in shock that a banking institution would do this... I really hope and pray no one ever gets misled like I did because now they have my money and I guess I just have to deal with it til who knows when... The branch manager just fixed it right now so I guess I'm ok now but overall worst banking experience of my life!! Thank the Lord the Branch Manager knew what he was doing
