“What can I say, I have been a nervous wreck for a year now, knowing that this would be one of the worst tax filings I would be filing. I went to Creative Solutions Acctg & Taxes by a whim that I found on Google. 1st – Robert was so pleasant and helpful, and always returned my calls, and help me set up the appointments to go in with my taxes and meet Lisa. 2nd – Lisa, I handed her an envelope with a bunch of papers. I recently moved from California, retired, and was collecting Social Security on top of that. The last tax findings I knew were a mess, I honestly thought she would turn me around. Much to my surprise, she took all the paperwork all the handwriting notes I left, and within a couple of days, my taxes were fully done and properly done. I cannot express my appreciation in my gratitude to this company for helping me. I highly recommend anyone to go get their accounting and their taxes done with them. I feel blessed, and I am grateful that I found them. Creative Solutions if you read this review, thank you thank you so much for your help and your assistance. Best regards, Sandra”

“The Sapphire Team was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I was fortunate to speak Mr Powell, one of the principals who knew exactly how to handle my unique situation. He gave me expert advice on what records to keep prior to tax filing as well in support of any audits. I would happily recommend Sapphire to my friends and family when they need help navigating taxes.”

“Simply Taxes was highly recommended by my Financial Professionals. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. I felt confident that I paid the correct amount of taxes and that the recommendations for me were in my best interest. I plan to continue my relationship next year also.”
