I went in since I was having horrible issues with my device I had ads everywhere and was just slow and I was frustrated. Kathy was very helpful and patient with me she looked at my phone found out it was because I kept downloading cleaning apps that was making my phone work so slow. She did let me know I do qualify for an upgrade so I’m definitely coming for a new phone soon.

I live in Avondale. My Boost store never opened on Sunday. Their door sign said 11:00 am.No answering their phone or sign on the door saying why.This location, in Glendale, took great care of me. It was a drive but I'm so happy they were open and helped me.

Stay away they must be going bankrupt. I ordered a phone 6/19 was supposed to get it 6/27 but UPS LOST IT. I never got phone, they don't want to send another tll they find that one so I went with T mobile. So I've called 6 times now to get tefund and still they have not given my refund to me. Sorry but I need my 51.00 back boost, I didn't give you an interest free loan..... I mean get real already!!
