Great selection, good prices. Not custom from what I saw, but they'll stretch boots free of charge.

Can't get over how terrible customer service is at this location. Great lack of customer assistance.

Very good experience with Raymond. My dad wanted a pair of boots and Raymond took his time to explain and help him find the right size. His boots needed some adjusting and Raymond explained the process from finish to end it really made the experience for my dad. Many times at Boot Barn they have several sales people but they aren't knowledgeable. I live in Avondale and my boot barn is horrid they lack knowledge and it's like a bunch of kids who are salespeople just gossiping in Spanish. I'm glad we made the trip to Glendale. Update... we had to return the boots because the store was unable to work on the boot as they said they would and the stores general manager "PJ" is not nice she looks like she's bothered by customers no apology no nothing just "ok what do you want to do about it" it's sad to see a supposed leader in this role who wants nothing to do with people

What can I say? I went in with only 30 minutes left before closing and I walked out with an awesome pair of boots that were exactly my size exactly what I was looking for super comfortable good price and very very wonderful sales associate to help me find what I actually needed and wanted. This young woman made it fun to decide what I was looking for..This store has so many things to look at & excellent inventory variety.Their displays are clean, & inviting. No sales, and it's clear that when it's 15 min before closing.. they start rolling everything up & it made a few people say " WOW.. I was ready to buy all those jeans in my arms! Nevermind!"That is a bummer to hear and watch happen.Just sayin', don't put your clock out time ahead of customers reason for being in the store!

Unprofessional. All 10 girls that were there were no help. Called ahead to have them hold a boot for me. Spoke with a female on the phone. Got to the store and no one knew what I was talking about. Finally they found the boot on hold. It was the wrong size. The girl that was giving me the boots said let me get Bella she’s the one that was holding them for you. Bella comes and says sorry the “guy” you talked to held the wrong size. I said no it was a girl not a guy. She said well we have a lighter color that’s the same exact boot in his size. I checked with my husband and he asked that I send a picture. ? It was clearly not the same boot. Unprofessional and not accountable for her actions.

Best $159 I’ve spent on work boots! This place has a huge variety of different boots/work boots and even work shoes. I always have a hard time finding the right size for me as I have smaller feet ( size 6.5 ) and these fit great plus are SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend checking out BootBarn

Do not like the return policyI was asked if I wore the shoes, and I said sureHow else was I supposed to know the feeling of the shoesI was also told I couldn't return againNo problem with that, but the first statement if I wore them WOW, what did Boot Barn expectI paid $142.00 and expect to be comfortable when wearing them

Sadly we have been so disappointed with this location. We went about a year ago buying 4 new pairs of boots so jeans and a few shirts. The register area is a disaster and it was just poor service all around. Didn't go back for a while, bought boots about 6 more, else where.Decided Saturday the 22nd to give it a try as my parents were in town and we were all having supper near by. Keep in mind my parents probably had on about 2k worth of boots barn clothing walking in. My mom goes to the location by her at least once a month and always buys something. So we head to the boots track down a lady to help get our soons boot size, she was gone for 8 mins. We ended up just doing it ourselves, she never came back. And my dad ended up helping a couple because no one would come back. So we go to te register to pay. There is 3 people in kine, two sides we stand on the with the people and a lady says you are all on the wrong side. So we all walk to the other side, by this time 3 more people come in kine. Still 4 workers standing looking, including the manager Matthew. Finally one more comes to the register. Clearly both having issues. I make jokes with the line to have some fun as people were getting mad. One group put everything down and left. It's now a 9 person line and it's been 12 minutes waiting for the same 2 people to be checked out. We see the sign finally as manager comes over to the other side, tells other people wrong side and a guy asked where is the sign? He points to a little sign hidden by the mess lol we all laughed and just said ok. I mean 12 groups in line now all laughed. So it's our turn, the young man has no idea what's going on, we have boots for our son, he makes him take them off but struggles seeing some number, so I look, he is calling someone over, no one comes, we said can you just ring them up and we will wait. My mom has jeans as well and I said I have first responders, he gives me a dirty look as I pull my ID out but puts in the discount. The manager steps in and says you just have to wait. I said we gladly will, but we can finish paying and wait on the side. Still no one comes, so I walk back grab the other boots same size come up show them and they finally said oh its fine. Apparently there are numbers that have to match. With all the attitude in the world this Matthew guy goes have an issue don't shop here. Dude really. We just dropped 600 bucks on a quick trip in and that's what you say?! So another family behind leaves, it the boots were not for my sons gift for his bday we would have walked too. But my dad paid and said we won't be back, Matthew said, good, bye.Now remember when I said we bought boots a year ago, I went home to check these numbers. Year, they don't match on 3 of the pair, maybe this should have been done. But also maybe have someone actually help people in boots. Maybe clean it up back there. Maybe have some respect for someone that did your job and got the right ones. Even though I walked back and turned out I had it the whole time, but this is how you treat people? Needless to say it's the second time we got treated poorly. So this weekend we drove to Tucson, my son got more cloths, another pair of boots and a had and box. I was given a 3k shopping spree per my dad and we are going to a different store to buy boots and jeans. Which my mom will have to have some matching things with me so i know she will buy more. This is just insane that someone can look at us, fully in attire your store sells and tells my family we don't need your money. Ok then, we won't ever come back. Thanks!

UPDATE*The corporate offices of Boot Barn contacted me and assured me that they would exchange my boots and make things right. I went back to the store and the ASM Molly went above and beyond to make sure I got measured and fitted for proper boots. I even ended up spending an extra $100I went in to purchase my first pair of cowboy boots. I didn't know what I needed for what I was intended to use them for. I did receive help right away but the young lady was there more for looks than giving information. I asked if we can measure for my size because I knew my foot has changed over the years and I knew that sizing in sizing in boots is important. We got the device to measure my foot and proceeded to do so. I asked her what some of the marking meant and she had no idea. I asked about the width and she had no information. After that she left to help someone else out and I never saw her again. So I tried on various sizes and found one that fit well on my right foot. I walked around and all seemed well. So I purchased them and then wore them at home and then again the next day for several hours and discovered that my left foot is bigger than my right and that swelling also caused my right foot to be uncomfortable in the boot. I called and asked if I could exchange them for a size up and was told that if "wore" them that they couldn't be exchanged. Now I'm stuck with $200 boots that hurt my feet. The only thing I cam hope for is that they stretch over time. I do not recommend Boot Barn because they should inform people of thier policies and help more in selecting the right boot.
