Used to bring my cars here forever 2 company vehicles and 2 personal vehicles, but not no more, went there today toget some work done on my van tail lights out head light out oil change and fix the emesions control valve, the young new kid at counter wads not real friendly never one a smile on his face was kinda rude and acting like he diddnt want to be there, well I wanted all this stuff fixed he said it will be a $165.00 dollar diagnostic fee and I was like ok but if I give you the ok to fix it all then that will be waved he said no it won't it will be added to the total price, I said it was never like that before he said well it is now I was like wtf he said well maybe we can take half off I was like maybe ? so it's yes or no, he said ok I'll take some off, I left my keys and started thinking about his attitude and lack of costumer service skills and was like forget that went to get my keys a cancel not one emetion across his face through me my keys and said bye, I was thinking last time I ever step foot in this place, this place has gone down hill, the place was empty, I go by the shop alot and it's always empty now I wonder why, save yourself a trip and stay away from this placethe costumer service for a repeat customer is trash ?I was going to get all my problems fixed no mater the price but they wanted a little more $$ and the attitude sucked any way when someone comes into a shop you should be treated sith a smile and a good Morning how can I help you today not what do you need and a bad attitude.

There are other Brake Masters locations closer to me, but the consistent quality of care from the management and service from the technicians-- along with their lack of interest in upselling me-- have kept me coming to this store for years now and will continue to do so as long as I'm around!

Took my 1997 E350 ford in with the original shocks on it. Jerry quoted me two hours labor if I brought the new shocks with me. As it turned out it took the technician five hours to fight the old rusted shocks off and install the new KYB shocks I brought with me. I highly recommend this facility because they completed the job and only charged me for the two hours labor they quoted. THANK YOU JERRY AND CREW !!!!!!

This location is by far the best, they really Put Brake Masters name up top. I moved to Avondale and tried a brake masters near, it was the worst experience ever, 100% wouldn’t recommend, before even finding out the problem they were offering oil change etc when that was not the reason I was there, they held my car for HOURS to tell me I had no gas & that was the issue, wow an oil leak is caused by no gas? Yeah, no…. Then tried charging me $200… as if money grows on trees… NOW THIS LOCATION is so so so much better. I had to wait until I came on this side of town for work to come specifically to this location. Your employees are great here every other location should be a reflection of this one.

Love love love this place! I came in for an oil change and they were so kind at explaining their prices and services. There was no salesman pitch or even a a suggestion of what else I need. Because honestly it’s frustrating to go in for an oil change and leave with a $1500 tuneup/oul change. This happened to me at the dealership. But at this place they were quick and very kind. I will definitely be back for a tuneup and any future maintenance. Thank you guys!

This is either a front for a racket or just run by super sketchy people. Was quoted $1400 for shocks. Luckily I had already thought about doing it myself, so I knew parts would cost me $400. So these clowns were gonna pocket 1k on labor. I called another mechanic and got quoted $600 for the same job and parts. When I went to pickup my vehicle to take to a real mechanic, the cashiers were struggling to give a guy 10 cents in change. A nail spa would provide better mechanic service than brake trashters.
