I can't even give this place a 1 start. This place is very dishonest. I took 3 of my vehicles there they did a ok job on one of them or so I thought until I noticed the same things messing up on the vehicle. I took my 3rd vehicle in for a sound it was making in the front end to find out my upper control arms were bad. Ok cool go ahead and fix them. So not even 2 weeks later the car started making the same noise. Took it back now the lower control arms are bad. REALLY?? So basically 1 of 3 things happened. They messed up the lower when they fixed the upper arms, they knew the lower arms were bad but failed to tell me so they could charge me labor fees again to fix the lower arms when they knew I would have to bring it back. The 3rd thing that could have happened is literally what I know happened is they never fixed the upper arms at all. I say this because I took my car to the dealer and they told me both the lower and upper arms are worn out and they showed me on my car the actual worn out parts. So they never fixed anything and charged me $2500 dollars. I am very serious when I say this they will make you think you can trust them then they really screw you. They have a couple times showed me the old parts they took off but this time they sure as hell didn't show me anything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE.

Spare your sanity and wallet. Tried to get an alignment on my lunch break. They forget to order me a Lyft. Thankfully I asked about it after 25 minutes or so and they ordered me one right away. They advised me my brakes were bad and lower control arms were bad so they didn’t want to do an alignment. Agreed to servicing the brakes. An hour or so later it cost me an Uber ride back because they couldn’t get my car started with the valet key I’d left them with. Brought the Fob down still nothing… they eventually got the car started and chalked it up to a bad battery. Took the time to go get my battery and alternator tested because they were convinced my battery bad. Everything tested fine at both Orielly and Autozone. Someone must have drained my battery on the lift. Took my car to my regular mechanic across town to check out the suspension they discovered it was just uneven worn tires and needing an alignment. Got it done car drives good as new.

Do NOT go here! The new store manager Howard is like an old school car salesman with ridiculously high prices. This guy literally will leave you waiting on purpose and act like he lost your keys. This used to be a great location when Hector was running but now it taken a complete 180 turn for the worst. Don't waste your valuable time or money at this location.

The guys here were not very helpful, i went in for an alignment originally quoted for $87, all they had done was an alignment by the end but the guy was telling me it was no longer possible to purchase it at that price per their corporate instructions and liability. They said it had to be under tow and that i would see the labor code as well, come to find out the labor code is: LABOR for $140 dollars. I’ve never had a bad experience at BP before this and honestly just feel scammed.Service: Wheel alignment

This store has been nothing but amazing. Gary and Mark (aka Amanda) have always been willing to help me get the best price for the work that needs to be done. They are honest and will even recommend other places where it might be less expensive. The work is done timely, efficiently and effectively. Call the location and made an appointment for an oil change and told the service representative that I would like a time that I would not have to wait for for the vehicle. Service representative stated that he would make me a appointment for the next day at 11am and there would be no wait time to get a oil change. When I showed up the following day was told there would be a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait for a oil change and that was there standard wait time for Friday Saturday and Monday. No effort was made for my inconvenience instead it was more like too bad and if you don’t like you can leave! Called to get a quote for complete rotors and brakes for my car the guy that answered the phone was in a hurry talking about me pulling off my own rotors and bringing them in myself so they can be resurfaced I said no stop please listen. I need a complete Job. He continues to ramble. I told him I need a complete quote do you have time? Well we're a little busy here.... Ok! Thanks very much obviously if this is how you treat prospective customers I'll take my $800 elsewhere.

Everyone there was awesome to deal with especially Mark and Jason. Went in the first time to have my brakes checked was told they’re fine come back later which surprised me they didn’t try and make a sale. To me showed how honest they are. Did go back with both vehicles and had work done. Jason was awesome to deal with . Will definitely use them in the future!!!

These guys here are top noch in my book, went in to have an alignment done on my f150, the tec was having difficults getting the alignment Spot on, due to the lift I have on my truck. They took there time to insure that the job was done right. What ford and big o could not do jason and his team did. Much thanks to y'all, I will be back to have them work on my truck in the future.

I brought my vehicle in yesterday to have them look at the breaks. Within 45 min of dropping it off they called and let me know what needed to be done and gave me a few options for price points. They also gave me a run down of suggested maintenance items but were not pushy about me doing those services immediately. Upon picking up the vehicle they provided me with the paperwork for services done, warranty info and the suggested maintenance items and also gave me some tips for how to handle the vehicle for a few days after the service I had done. They were very polite and helpful and their waiting area was clean and had plenty of chairs as well as a TV. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I asked how long the service would take I was told 1-2 hours. It ended up taking almost 4 hours and had I known that I would have had the service scheduled for another day.Service: Brakes

My experience with brakes plus was as painless as can be. They were on top of everything and listened to everything I needed done. They are very punctual and upfront about all the charges being made. They really saved me so much time. Jason and his team had the best customer service! They always answer the phones as quickly as possible and you can honestly see they love what they do and love helping people. 10/10 experience. They’ve fixed my car, and my moms car with extensive work. And we will be coming back because of the customer service alone! Very poor customer service. I spoke with a "manager" named Howard. I asked who was the manager and he said "my name is howard". I asked "who was the manager before" (I didn't remember there name but I had been going to the same person for a very long time) he said again "my name is Howard" instead of simply just stating that he didn't know the manager before, he is the manager now, and can help me out. Very bad customer service and he was really unfriendly. I don't have to spend my money where I don't feel welcome to and I don't have to tolerate his poor customer service. I've been going to this location for many years and dealing with the same people who took very good care of me. Not anymore. I have a personal and multiple business vehicles. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out thanks to Howard.

Called to get price on Alinement, was quoted $87 and about 45 minutes to an hour... took it down and came back in an hour. My car was up in the racks but when I went inside they told me it would now be $200 plus. I said I didn't want them to do the work, to much and not what was quoted. Left with my car and the back end was making weird noise. Took it to another place, who did Alinement for less than $100 and took care of the back end that making noise for no extra cost. I would NEVER recommend this place, and my mechanic who recommended them also was irritated and has stopped recommending them.

Got my car from my grandpa, wasn’t sure what the condition was when I brought it in, other than that the brakes felt bad—but my brake pads were absolutely toast, and so were my rotors, for the most part. I had limited funds, and needed a $500 brake job done, but the guys were super understanding when I still cringed a bit at the bill, and did fantastic at getting me the best price he could. And, to top it off, apparently both my grandpa and myself have been driving this car around, probably the last 10K at least, with a screwdriver stuck under the hood. They were nice enough to remove it for me, and now I have a mutilated screwdriver as a trophy. Thank you sincerely, from your everyday fast food worker :)Service: Brakes
